FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, with the left side elevational view being a mirror image of the right side elevational view;
FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1;
FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view taken along line 4--4 of FIG. 1; and

- The ornamental design for a combined rotating cafeteria food service counter and cap, substantially as shown and described.
