SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,525, dated May 19, 1896.

I, Jae-on Stlll- .-\T\\lESI-.R, acitizcn of the United Slates of America, and aresideutof Brooklyn, in the conntyof Kings and State of New l'0rl ,ha\'e invented a certain new and original Design for Metallic bath, of whit-h the following is a specificaliou, rel'creneo heing had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of the same, in whieh- Figure l is a face view of a double panel, exhibiting my design. Fig. 3 is a cross-see tional view on line 2 1! of Fig. ],and Fig. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view on line 3 3 of Fig. 1.
The article is a metallic lath, an article now largely used, and formed in strips of varying widths and indefinite lengths, usually oblong in its general outline; butniy design has reference rather to its face, and consists in a lath with a series of openings or representations of openings, oblong in form, and a strip or corrugation bordering the side of the panel, which strip is of a different elevation or has the appearance of being at a different elevzr lion from the main plane of the lath, and these are the essential characteristics of the design-a substantially plane face with what appears to he oblong openings in said fare and a bounding-st rip which appears to he arranged at a different elevation from the main plane of the face of the lath.
What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
