DESIGN FOR A PAPER-WEIGHT.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 24,300, dated May 14, 1895.
Application filed May 13,1893. Serial No. 474,147; Term of patent 14 years.
To aZZ whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, EDDY L. CLARK, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city and county of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Paper-VVeight, of which the following is a specification, reterence being had to the accompanying drawings.
Figure l is a side view 0t my design, and Fig. 2 is a plan thereof.
The Characteristic feature of the design is a bell having a base consisting of a horizontal platform surrounded by a series of upright posts and horizontal rails.
A is a bell, or representation thereof, suspended irom a trestle a supported upon a horizontal platform a.
B is a series of Vertical posts with ball heads thereon, such posts being arranged at intervals apart near the sides'and ends of the platform.
C is a series of horizontal parallel rails fastened, or represented as fastened, to the posts by links 0. Rising from the central post on one end of the platform is a yoke frame which supports a miniature or smaller bell D. The sides of the platform, near its respective ends are provided with steps similarly to a car, and the whole is similarly mounted upon wheeled trucks, as shown most clearly in the drawings.
What I claim is- The designfor a paper weight substantially as shown and described.
