DE SIGN FOR A RAZOR-STROP.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 23,401, dated June 26, 1894. Application filed May 22, 1894. Serial No. 512,120. Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, FREDERICK KAMPFE, RICHARD KAMPFE, and OTTO KAMPFE, citizens of the United States, and residents of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new and original Design for Razor-Strops, of which the following is a specification.
In the accompanying drawings, forming a part of this specification, a face view of a razor-strop of our new and original design, is shown.
The leading features of our new design are: a handle at the lower end of the strep and having its side and lower end edges curved and provided with a bead along said curved edges, a body below the handle and showing through openings in the same, an end piece or holder at the upper end of the strop and provided with scrolls on its face, and a body below said end piece and projecting beyond the lower edge of the same.
In the drawings,A is the razor-strep, B the handle on the lower end of the same, which handle has curved side and lower end edges,
D scrolls on the face of said handle,E a body under the handle and showing through the openings F in the handle, K the upper endpiece or holder, G scrolls on the face of the same, and H a body under the end-piece K and projecting slightly beyond the lower edge of the same.
R is a suspension cord and J a clasp on the same.
Having thus described our invention, what we claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
The design for a razor-strep substantially as herein shown.
