Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D852) FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of an ashtray or similar article showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof.

The characteristic feature of the design resides in the particular arrangement of concentric discontinuous rings of irregular surface configuration on the outer surface of an ashtray of the configuration shown.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an ashtray or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
