DESIGN FOR FRINGE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 17,805, dated October 18,1887.

Application filed July 8, 1881. Serial No. 243,795

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, HENRY SIEDENTOP, of Jersey City, in the county of Hudson, State of New Jersey, have invented a new and original Design for Fringe, of which the following is a specification.

In the accompanying drawing a face view of my new design for fringes is shown.

The leading feature of my design consists in the curled pendants and the curled bows on the heading.

Arepresents the heading; B, knotted pendants such as are used in fringes.

0 represents curled pendants, said curled pendants alternating with groups ofknotted pendants B.

D are curled bows above the top edge of the heading, the ends of the said bows being at those points of the heading where the upper Term of patent 7 years.

Having thus described my design, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent-- The design for a fringe, substantially as herein shown, the same consisting of a head ing, groups of knotted pendants alternating with curled pendants. and curled bows above the top edge ofthe heading,the ends ofsaid hows meeting the heading at the upper ends of the curled pendants, as set forth.
