Be it known that I, Iris Flores, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Skirt, Cape, and Blouse, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a front perspective view showing a combination skirt, cape, and blouse embodying the invention.

Fig. 2 is a rear perspective view of the same.

Fig. 3 is a side view of the same.

I claim: The ornamental design of a combination skirt, cape, and blouse, as shown.
