UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE PRECAST CONCRETE BUILDING FRAME MEMBER To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, David Rubenstein, a citizen of the United States, residing at San Diego, in the county of San Diego and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Precast Concrete Building Frame Member, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a precast concrete building frame member showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

Figure 3 is a transverse sectional view taken on the plane of the line 33 of Figure 2; and

Figure 4 is a horizontal sectional view taken on the plane of the line 44 of Figure 2.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a precast concrete building frame inember, as shown.
