OFFICE AIR CIRCULATING ROTOR OR SIRHLAR ARTICLE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Joseph H. Woodward, a citizen of the United States, residing at 581 N. W. 99th St., in the city of Miami, county of Dade, and the State of Florida, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Air Circulating Rotor or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification,- reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of an air circulating rotor or similar article, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a bottom plan view;

Figure 3 is a top plan view; and

Figure 4 is a vertical sectional view taken on line 4-4 of Figure 3.

The ornamental design for an air circulating rotor or similar article, as shown.
