Be it known that I, Alfred Philippe, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in Scarsdale, county of Westchester, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Brooch or Similar Article, of which the following is a, specification, reference bein had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a plan view of a brooch or similar article showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is an edge view thereof.

The ornamental design for a brooch or similar article, substantially as shown.
