PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A CASING FOR WRITING DVIPLEMENT OR THE LIKE Raymond Loewy, New York, N. Y., assignor to Eversharp, 1110., Chicago, Ill., a corporation of Delaware To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Raymond Loewy, a citizen oi the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Casing for Writing Implement or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a side View of a casing for writing implement or the like, as viewed in perspective from one end, showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is also a side view of same but as viewed in perspective from the other end.

The stippling is merely for the purpose of indicating that the surfaces whereon it appears are of different color from the other surfaces.

The shading on the end surfaces is for the purpose of showing that they are of recessed or rentrant contour.

The design appears substantially the same from any side.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a casing for writing implement or the like, substantially as shown and described.
