PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A COMBINED BOX AND BASE THEREFOR Frank McIntosh, New York, N. Y., assignor to Lentheric Incorporated, New York, N. Y., a corporation of New York Application April 5, 1938, Serial No. 76,309

Be it known that 1, Frank McIntosh, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, in the county of New York and State of New York,

have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Box and Base Therefor, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing", forming part thereof.

In the drawing the figure is an isometric perspective view of a combined box and base therefor embodying the design the crosshatching representing a metallic, intermediate color.

The essential features of the design reside in the combination of a box of circular horizontal section having a ribbon extending upwardly on opposite sides of the box and tied in a bowkno-t on the top thereof, the box being mounted on a base of square horizontal section, and the box proper and the base being of contrasting color.

I claim: r The ornamental design for a combined box and base therefor, substantially as shown and described.
