PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A WATER HEATER Application April 30, 1937, Serial No. 69,079
Term of patent 7 years i To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Clarence H. Morrow, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Shaker Heights, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Water Heater, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof.
In said drawing, Fig. 1 is a front view of a water heater showing my new design; Fig. 2 is a view of one side of such heater, the other side thereof being of corresponding appearance; Fig. 3 is a rear view of such heater; Fig. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and Fig. 5 is a detail vertical section, on the line 5-5, Fig. 4, and illustrating the depressed character of the central portion of the top of the heater. In said drawings, the base of the heater is lined or cross-sectioned to indicate that it is of contrasting color with respect to the other portions of the heater. The hand adjacent the top of the heater and the hand-gripping flange in the upper portion of the front panel of the heater correspond as to color and hence said band and said hand-gripping flange are similarly lined or cross-sectioned, their color being of contrasting character with respect to the base and other portions of the heater.
The dominant features of my design reside in the portions shown in full lines.
The present application is a continuation in part of my copending application for a design for a water heater, application Serial No. D 61,- D40, filed February 8, 1936.

The ornamental design for a water heater, as shown and described.
