2. 'lhe combination of a swivel provided with means for attachment and support of a "able and having a notched portion, a temper screw on which said swivel is rotatabl)V mounted, a handle har attached to said temper screw, and a locking member slidahly mounted in said handle bar and adapted to he engaged 'in siaid notched portion ot the swivel.
.3. The combination of a Swivel provided with means for attaclnnent and support of a cable and having; a notched portion, a temper .screw on which said swivel is rotat, ahl \Y mounted, a handle har attached to said temper screw. a key .slidably mounted in said handle har and adapted to be engaged in said notched portion of the swivel, and a handle member rotatably mounted on said handle bar ar 1 provided with means engaging said key to raise and lower the same.
4. The combination of a Swivel provided 1.1.) with mea-ns -for attachment and support of a cable and having a notched portion, a temper Selen' on which said swivel is rotatably mounted, a. handle bar attached to said temper screw, a -key slidably mounted in said handle bar and adapted to be engaged in said notched portion of the swivel, and a handle member rotatably mounted on said handle har and provided with meansengag ing' Said key to raise and lower the same, 40 said means eon'iprising a Spiral flange carried bysaid handle member, said y being provided with groovee engaging te said spiral flange.
In testimony whereof,-I have hereunto Set 4-5 my hand at Los Angeles California, thisY '19th day of November, 1910.
