What I claim is:

- 4. In adeviceof the class described the combination with a plurality ofoutwardlyextending tracks adapted to extend from the window, of a plurality of inwardly;extendjing tracks, a bed adapted to travel thereon,

In a device of the-class described the combination with a plurality of outwardlyextending tracks and a plurality of inwardly-extending track-s, means bracing said tracks, pulleys carried by the outer ends of said tracks, a pulley wheel supported by said frame and provided with a plurality of grooves, a pair of cables secured to one side cf said body and passing over the pulley supported'by the outer ends of the inwardlyextending tracks and the outer grooves of said pulley wheels supported by the frame in the window, a plurality of cables secured to the opposite side of the bed passing around the pulleys carried by the outer end of the outwardly-extending tracks, and said cables passing over the inner grooves wheel carried by the frame and adapted to facilitate the placing ofthe bed in. an extended position or out of the window. n a v 6. In a device ofv the class described the combination with a plurality of tracks extending from the window, a railing extending around said tracks and across the ends thereof, of end pieces supported upon said railing, said end pieces comprising a frame work provided with a plurality of angularly-disposed braces, and hook means carried by the end pieces and adapted teem gage the frame work for supporting the a same thereon.
