Pressing against the sides of the cam 24: are the sprlng arms 28, 28 which are preferably the opposite ends of a piece of spring metal such as phosphor-bronze .bent in the U- shaped form as, shown in Fig. 6. T v v When the operating shaft 22 is rotated from the position shown in fall line in Figs; 2, 5 and 6 to the'position shownfin dotted lines in Figs. 2 and 6 the cam 24is rotatedwith the shaft and forces the spring arms-28, 28 apart.
