Be it known that I, J 0111s HAROLD CAMP- a citizen of the-United States, residing at Oregon, Illinois, have inventedeertain new and use- 'ful Improvements in Note-Sheet-Feed Mechanisms, of which the following is a specification. a
My invention relates to improvements in note sheet feed mechanisms and has for its object-the production of an improved mechanism for this purpose which shall be of simple construction and efficient in operation.

. The preferred form of construction as illustrated in the drawings comprises a suitable roll frame 1 and a note sheet frame 2 longitudinally in frame 1 and carrying note sheet feed rollers 3. The feed rollers '3 are operated'by any of the usual or desired mechanisms to pass over a tracker board 4 fixed in frame 1. To the bottom of frame 2 are secured two alining metallic plates '5 having elongated notches 6 therein. Opposed to plates 5 are similar plates 7 secured to the bottom of frame 1 and provided with corresponding notches 8 set parallel with said tracker board and feed rollers. Betweenplates 5 and 7 and riding in notches 6 and 8 are the frictionof reciprocation of frame 2 the ends of said notches serving as stops for said balls. At either end frame 2 carries set screws 10 threaded therein and bearing against pneumatic bellows 11. Bellows 11 are connected by means of pipes 12 with a valve chest 13 in turn connected by means of pipesl l with county of Ogle, and State .of.

Suita ble pneumatic connections (not shown) are made with valve chest 13 whereby admission of air to pipes 14 through either of the apertures 16 causes operation of the opposite bellows 11 to shift frame 2 so as to cause proper'alinement of note sheet 17 with'the tracker board.
While I have illustrated and described the preferred construction for carrying my invention into efiect this is capable of variation' and modification without departing from the spirit of the invention- I therefore do not wish to be limited to the exact de tails of construction set forth, but desire to avail myself of such variations and modifications as come within the scope of the appended claim.
Having described my invention what I" claim as new and desire the secure by Letters Patent is: j I In a device of bination of a main frame; a note sheet roller frame mounted to reciprocate longitudinally in said mam frame; a tracker board rigidly secured in said main frame and cooperating with' the note sheet roller frame; opposed metallic plates secured to the bottoms 0 said frames and provided with longitudinally elongated ball retaining notches and having stop ends; balls in said notches; pneumatics secured to and arranged in said main frame at each end of said note sheet roller frame; set screws threadedin said note sheet roller frame andbe'aring against said pneumatics roller frame; and automatic means for operating said pneum'atics to position said frame, substantially as described.
