Be it known that I, CHARLES F. Soi-farmi, a citizen of the United States, residing at Terre Haute, iii the county of Vigo and State ot Indiana, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Refrigerators, of .which the tollowiug'is a specification, reference being Ihad to the accompanying drawings.
This invention relates to improvements inv `view through another embodiment of niyl invention.
Referring more particularly to the drawings l denotes a refrigerator or other cold storage structure, the interior of which is divided horizontally into a lower cooling room or food chamber 2 and an upper ice chamber 3. The side walls of the ice chainber or compartment 3 consists of solid outer water-proof coveriii, ;l 8. arranged longitudinally one above tlieother walls 4solid inner walls 5, and open or slotted wall members (i, which latter are adapted to space the ice from the inner wall 5 and are composed of longitudinally extending` boards 7 covered with galvanized sheet metal or analogous noii-corrosive The boards 7 are ir'i spaced relation and are united Ito suitable spaced upriglits 9, their top and bottom edges'beingdownwardly and inwardly inclined or beveled. as shown at 10, whereby any moisture u1 n them will drain downwardly and drop oit of their extreme lower edges.
