lle it known that I, Samuel. R. Tanaammz, a citizen of the United States, and resident of Lonsdale, Cumberland township, county of Providence, State of Rhode Island, have invented an Improvement in Traverse-Motions for Yarn-Spinning Apparatus, of which the following description, in connection with the accompanying drawing, is a specification, like characters on the drawing represeating like parte.

By the construction referred to I attain i the desired results by very simple and drcct-actlng mechanism, as will be made ape parent hereinafter. I have also provided simple means for regulating the amount of yarn to hc laid in the bunch winding.

By effecting the disengagement of the bunch-building cam und its follower throu h the direct coperation of one with the ot er I secure a very siinlile nnd ellicient construction and an abso utely direct action, eliminating a truin of actuating mechanism between the cnin and follower to ev'ect the movement of the hitter across the face of its cam.
