In carrying out my invention, I provide a box-like frame of tubing having lower longi-` tudinal members 1, and upper horizontal tubular members 2 joined, by transverse tubes 3 and 4, respectively, Whilel vertical tubes 9 meet the horizontal and transverse ubes'at the corners to form a rectangular ox. brace 11 may be provided aft of Ythe motor, and'I prefer that reinforcing braces 12'and 13 be secured to such vertical tube 11.4
The forward tubes of the machine are prof vided at their center with a rotatable tube 14, on which is secured a box-like frame 15,
composed of vertical rods 16 andlffjoininghorizontal rods 18 `and 19. This tube 14 is journaled insuitable trunnions 20. A crank 2l, link 22 and 'controllingrflever 23 pivoted at 24 to the flooring 25 is adapted to control the tilt of the' pivoting frame' 15. The usual rack 26 andlatch 27 are provided to maintain thedegree of tilt of the forward pivoting frame or box.15. At a distance aft of the controlling lever the box-like frame is covered with Wind resisting fabric 28, and to vertical uprights at'` the rear there are wings or rudders 29 secured on swinging brackets 30 (see detail Fig. 5).'
