Be it known that I, LEOPOLD S'rrAssNY, 'a citizen of the United States, residing atNew York, in the .county of `NewYork and State lof New York, have invented new and useful Improvements in -Light-Distributers, of wluch the following is a specification.`
This invention relates to a lamp having a lens or light distributer suspended a suitable distance below the chimney to allow ventilatlon. j The lens is suspended connections either insideor outside the -lam embodying this invention.

What I claim as my invention is: 1. A lamp comprising a chimney, a ring shaped protector at the upper' end of said chimney means for connecting the protector to ,thel chimney, a lens below the chimney and flexible connections extending unbro.
