To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, PHILIP C. ARNOLD, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of East Hampton, in the county of Middle- 5 sex and. State of Connecticut, have invented. certain new and useful Improvements in Bells, of which the following is a specification.

In combination With a bell body having a plurality of independent perforations, a loop formed from a single piece of material and having its adjacent ends downturned from the loop, lugs formed integral With the loop and projecting therefrom substantially parallel With the down turned end portions said down turned end portions and lugs arranged to register With the perforations of the bell body and a tongue loosely secured'to the down turned end portions.
