SPECIFICATION forming part of Letters Patent No. 783,364, dated February 21, 1905.
Application filed October 20 1902. Serial No. 127,962.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, JONATHAN T. BROWN, of Marblehead, in the county of Essex and State of Massachusetts, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Last-Blocks, of which the following is 'a specification.
This invention relates to a new and useful improvement in last-blocks; and it consists in the novel features of construction and relative arrangement of parts hereinafter fully described in the specification, clearly illustrated in the drawings, and particularly pointed out in the claims.
Reference is to be had to the accompanying sheet of drawings, forming a part of this application, in which like characters indicate like parts wherever they occur.
Figure 1 is a side elevation showing alastblock constructed in accordance with my invention. Fig. 2 is an end view of the last-block shown in Fig. 1.

1 represents a last-block, here shown as rough-turned, although it might be split or formed in any other desired way.
