Germany, No. 69,029 hearing date September 2, 1892, and in Belgium, No. 104,808, datedJune 15, 1893;) and I do'hereby declare to thatthe following'isa full, cle'hnand exact descriptionot theinvention; which will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make-and use the same. r
