Be it known that LWILLMM D. SHURTZ, a citizen of the United States, residing at Baltimore, in the State of Maryland, here invented certain new and useful improvements in Horse shoes; endl do hereby declare thefollowing invention,` snob as will enable others skilled in the art to which it epperteins to make enduse the seme. f
