Be it known that I, LUCAS M. CAMPI, a cilaizen of Porto Rico, a subject of the Kingof Spain, residing in the city of New York and 5 State of Newycrk, have invented e new and useful invention-to wit, a Vertical Rotary Swing-which the following is specification,
