1. AS A NEW COMPOSITION, AN N-ACETYL-10TRIMETHYLAMMONIUMDIHYDROHOMOMEROQUINENE ETHYL ESTER SALT OF A STRONG ACID, SAID SALT HAVING THE GENERAL FORMULA
3. THE PROCESS WHICH COMPRISES REFLUXING A WEAK, FATTY ACID SALT OF AN N-ACETYL-10-AMINODIHYDROHOMOMEROQUINENE ETHYL ESTER WITH A METHYL ESTER OF A STRONG ACID TO FORM AN N-ACETYL10 - TRIMETHYLAMMONIUMDIHYDROHOMOMEROQUINENE ETHYL ESTER SALT OF SAID ACID.
