In my Patent No. 2,131,545 I have described the steps which were necessary in the making of my four-fold tie as shown in my. Reissue Patent No. 20,942. These steps involved cutting the blank, hemming the edges, position'ng each blank singly in my embossing press and then folding and bar tacking the tie.
