This invention relates to a container or bottle of a peculiar and novel construction for use in an inverted position in an electrically heated applicator. i
This application is a divisional case, growing out of my co-pending application, Serial No. 523,-
369, filed February 21, 1944, and entitled Electrically heated applicator.
An object of the invention is the construction of a container or bottle with a comparatively solid,
integral throat, having therein a peculiar and novel passage, which passage has a dual function.
Another object of the invention is the construc-' tion of the bottle, having a novel arrangement, allowing it to operate in an inverted position, whereby an air tubing is partly wrapped or folded around the neck of the bottle and partially extends into same, with a very small outlet pro-- vided at the side of said tubing for the contents of the bottle to pass out under air pressure within said bottle.
With the foregoing and other objects in view,
my invention comprises certain novel-constructions, combinations, and arrangements of-parts as will be hereinafter fully described, illustrated in the accompanying drawing, and more particularly pointed out in the appended claims.

Referring to the drawing by numerals, I des ignates the body of the container or bottle, which has in its side a longitudinally extending groove, the full height of the bottle. The bottle has a deep, solid throat 3, which is provided with a peculiar passage 4; this passage 4 comprises a large tube-receiving section 5, and a small outlet section 6. Itis to be noted that the passage 4 is off center of the'throat 3 to place the large section 5 close to and registering with the top end of groove 2. This facilitates the folding or wrapping of the air tubing 8 around the bottle, as clearly seen in Figure 4. By reason of the depth of the solid throat .3, the passage 5 is of sufificient depth to materially assist in holding the tubing upright, whereby the inner end of the tubing 8 is alway held near'the bottom of the bottle for eflicient operation.
As seen in Figure 4, the bottle operates in an inverted position, with the upper portion ofthe bottle resting on the supporting collar 9 of the applicator casing 10. For detailed description of said-applicator, reference may be had to my copending application Serial No. 523,369, hereinb efore'referred to.
The small outlet section 6 of passage 4 is desirable, because it permits only a small quantity of the contents of the bottle tobe discharged at a I time. This construction of thenovel passage is for dual function, to Wit: it receives the air tubing and also permits small quantities of the contents of the bottle to be discharged. Further, this bottle is especially adaptable for use in an in-.
verted position, and. in an applicator.
What I claim is:
