Description As seen in the drawing it will be noted that the present invention is especialh' directed to .a bottle made of paper,V and is constructed to-be non-refillable. Such a bottlehas many utilicontents have- .been dispensed, then be destroy a one-piecematerial. such as a heavy. ply paper and suitably shaped on a mandrel (not shown) to obtain the proper shape, and when completed will simulate the usual or construction, it is preferable that during the for securing a wardly proJecting crimpsor ribs Aflange I6 and\ ribs I1.has
forming -of the bottom portionII and frusta--- conical portion I2, a pluralityfof crimps or ribs I3 be added-thereto, said crimps or ribs to pref, -1- erably appear on the outside surface lof the bottle and may be more pronounced at the bottom '5 or straight side. faces and gradually ytaper toward Jand merge intothe fusto-conical portion and disappear entirelytoward the top thereof.
-As shown more clearly in Figures 3 and 4, the
' upper orneck part of the bottle ends in a subl0 stantially cylir'nirical shape as at I 4, the purpose of which will hereinafter be set forth. `The bots tom of the bottleA or the part I I having the out.-
I3 has an open end whereby the contents to ,be dispensed 15 through the top of the bottle are inserted therein before sealing the same with a suitable closure. In this instance, and after the contents have been entirely inserted, abottom closure I5 may be then secured thereto. It is to be noted that the closure I5 likewise is-constructed with an upstanding flange I6, said ange providing outwardly projecting crimps' or ribs I.'I, the num- .ber of ribsbeing the same as appearing in the bottom itself. It is preferable that the contents be inserted in thebottle through the bottom thereof after'which the bottom closure may be made secure thereto. Before applying the closure to the bottom, theinner surface of the an adhesive, preferso waterproof, spread ably heat resisting 'and' thereon,. after which the closure is put in place' y with the I1 registering with the ribs I I. By
therefrom itV 'must nec thereby rendering the -bottle'unflt for further use. The -top of the bottle Il the straight wall I4 is provided'with a double o closure comprising an outer -p Il and 4au inner cap' I9 and each of said caps having'a plurality of staggered'openings 20 through which the contentsy from within the bottle may be dispensed. In construction the as the outside diameter of the neck portionIl whereby the cap may be made to ilt snuglyy to the top thereof and prevented from rotation. While friction between the 4cap and bottle neck may suiiice to accomplish the purpose, more positive means for preventing relative rotation of, said' cap on the bottle, such as by .using an adhesive therebetween, may be included'ao 55 'partoithe new words, it is preernble that the cap Il remain always stationery while on the other hand the upper or outer cap Il will be free to move i! so lTheoutercitp.Illikewisemeybe .projecting the flange 2| with n downwardly greater depth than Bange Ilot ottheinner cap Il.
