Abstract

This disclosure discloses a type of pillowcase, comprising an upper pillow sheet and a lower pillow sheet, which are both made of Spandex knitted fabric, and the lower pillow sheet is designed with an opening in the middle. The pillowcase in this disclosure is made of Spandex knitted fabric, and it has high elasticity, low elasticity loss and high recovery rate. It is easier to place the pillow inner into the pillowcase through the opening set on the lower pillow sheet. At the same time, it can prevent the pillowcase from being torn apart from the opening by excessive force, facilitate the replacement of pillow inner, and save time and manpower. It is particularly suitable for hotels, beauty parlors and other places where pillow inners need to be replaced frequently.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The disclosure belongs to the technical field of bedding, in particular to a high elastic pillowcase.
  • BACKGROUND
  • The existing pillowcase usually fills the pillow inner in the following ways: 1. On the back of the pillowcase, two lower pillow sheets are arranged to form an opening for filling the pillow inner, which must be stuffed into the pillow case at a very deep distance, leaving the opening easy to be torn by a little excessive force. 2. Sewing the three sides of the upper and lower pillow pieces of the pillowcase together to form a hollow space, and filling the pillow inner from the open end. If the long side of the pillowcase is left open, then the pillow inner would slide out of the pillowcase easily; If the short side of the pillowcase is left open, the pillow inner would be stuffed into the pillowcase at a very deep distance. 3. A zipper is installed on the pillowcase. This is cumbersome to operate and the zipper is easy to be damaged.
  • SUMMARY
  • The purpose of the present disclosure is to overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology, and to provide a pillowcase that is easy to be filled by the pillow inner. The invented pillowcase is easier for the pillow inner to be placed into the pillowcase through an opening arranged in the middle of the lower pillow sheet. At the same time, it can prevent the pillowcase from being torn apart from the opening by excessive force, so as to conveniently replace the pillow inner, save time and manpower.
  • The purpose of the present disclosure is achieved as follows:
  • The disclosure relates to a pillowcase, which comprises an upper pillow sheet and a lower pillow sheet, both are made of knitted fabric, and an opening is arranged in the middle of the lower pillow sheet.
  • The shape of the above-mentioned opening is, circular or square.
  • Optimally, the above-mentioned knitted fabric is Spandex knitted fabric.
  • Optimally, the edge of the above-mentioned opening is stitched with edge wrapping.
  • Optimally, the width of the above-mentioned edge wrapping is 0.5-3 cm.
  • Optimally, the elasticity of the knitted fabric is 5%-200%. In this technical solution, the elasticity is the ductility of the fabric. The above-mentioned fabric can be increased to 105%-300% when being stretched.
  • Compared with the existing technology, the present disclosure has the following advantages:
  • The pillowcase of this disclosure uses Spandex knitted fabric, which has the characteristics of high elongation (500%-700%), low elasticity modulus (200% elongation, 0.04-0.1 g/d) and high elastic recovery (200% elongation, 95%-99%). Therefore, Spandex knitted fabric can be easily stretched. It can be seen that the pillowcase made of Spandex knitted fabric has high elasticity, low elasticity loss and high recovery rate.
  • In this disclosure, the lower pillow sheet is made of Spandex knitted fabrics. Even if there is no edge wrapping to the rim of the opening, there will be no unraveling or fraying. Therefore, in the manufacturing process, the lower pillow sheet only needs to be perforated without edge wrapping, and there will be no unraveling in use.
  • The pillowcase opening of this disclosure is arranged on the lower pillow sheet, and contacts the bed face downward after filled with the pillow inner, which neither affects the normal use of the pillow nor causes the pillow core to become dirty easily because of the opening.
  • In this disclosure, the edge of the opening of the lower pillow sheet is sewn wrapped to make the pillow case more elegant in appearance.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is the structure diagram of the pillowcase in embodiment 1.
  • FIG. 2 is the structure diagram of the pillowcase in embodiment 2.
  • FIG. 3 is the structure diagram of the pillowcase in embodiment 3.
  • Notes: 1—lower pillow sheet, 2—elliptical opening, 3—circular opening, 4—square opening, 5—edge wrapping.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • Now comes the comprehensive and clear description of the embodiments of the disclosure given with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that this disclosure is not limited to the present embodiment.
  • Embodiment 1
  • This embodiment provides a high elasticity pillowcase, as shown in FIG. 1, including the upper pillow sheet and the lower pillow sheet 1, which are both made of Spandex knitted fabric with 5% elasticity. The lower pillow sheet is provided with an elliptical opening 2 in the middle. The pillow inner can pass through the stretched elliptical opening 2.
  • Embodiment 2
  • This embodiment provides a high elasticity pillowcase, as shown in FIG. 1, including the upper pillow sheet and the lower pillow sheet 1, which are both made of Spandex knitted fabric with 100% elasticity. The lower pillow sheet is provided with a circular opening 3 in the middle. The edge of the circular opening is stitched with 0.5 cm edge wrapping 5.
  • Embodiment 3
  • This embodiment provides a high elasticity pillowcase, as shown in FIG. 3, including the upper pillow sheet and the lower pillow sheet 1. The lower pillow sheet 1 is made of Spandex knitted fabric with 200% elasticity. The lower pillow sheet is provided with a square opening 4 in the middle.
  • Embodiment 4
  • The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 3 is that the lower pillow sheet in this embodiment is 150% elasticity Spandex knitted fabric.
  • The above embodiments are only examples and not the only embodiment of the present disclosure, and any non-creative changes to the present disclosure are considered to be within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
