Abstract

The new idea in this patent proposes an injection of pressurized air inside of the vacuum cleaner head chamber to lift up the particles easily and guide them towards the vacuum line. This mechanism, which does not present any limitations of high-pressure generation, will provide higher electrical efficiency, lower noise production, and much cleaner performance.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The technical field to which the invention relates pertains to the art of high-pressure air inside of the vacuum head of the vacuum cleaner. It can be used for domestic, commercial, or industrial vacuum cleaners.
  • Background of the Invention
  • By and large, the majority of vacuum cleaner apparatus in current use for surface use vacuum for remove of dust and particles from the floor. The function of the high-pressure air inside of the vacuum cleaner head is to move particles by pressure rather than vacuum only. Working based on a current model limits the removal pressure to zero atmosphere generated force, which can be improved by use of pressure.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention relates to use of high pressure inside of the vacuum head to remove particles from floor e.g. dust in carpet or anything which can't get out with the normal vacuum force.
  • As seen in FIG. 1 series of small air holes in the bottom of the vacuum cleaner head will provide a jet stream of compressed air with high pressure.
  • Provider of the high-pressure air could be internally or from external source from pressure line in FIG. 2
  • Also, the pressure can be adjusted from zero to max internally or from an external adjustable valve.
  • The location of the holes and their angle can be varied in different designs.
  • For example, it can be located in the center of the head or at the corners.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a universal vacuum cleaner head, supported by a pressure line coming from outside and distributing the pressure to a series of the angled holes
  • FIG. 2 is an external view of the vacuum cleaner head, which shows the installation of the high-pressure airline parallel to the vacuum line
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • In the description that follows, like parts are marked throughout the specification and drawings with the same reference numerals respectively. The drawing figures are not necessary to scale and in certain views parts may be drawn rotated into the plane of the drawing for purposes of clarity.
  • Referring now to the drawings, there are small holes which act as pressurized air jet stream. It is angled in the picture, but it can be perpendicular to the floor, or have any arbitrary angle too.
  • These holes connect internally to the pressure line in FIG. 2
  • The best means to provide the source of pressure is the outlet of the filtered air from the main vacuum cleaner motor, but for simplicity, a small air pump can be used externally or internally in vacuum head assembly

Claims (5)

What is claimed is:
1- Use of any high-pressure air at inside or outside of the vacuum cleaner head
2- Use of air-pump at inside or outside of the vacuum cleaner head
3- Use of vacuum cleaner exhaust air inside or outside of the vacuum cleaner head
4- Use of internal or external adjustable valve to control the air pressure inside or outside of the vacuum cleaner head
5- Use of any number of air hole structures at any angle and/or any shape.
