Abstract

The invention provides an anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit, wherein, the prefabricated floor slab unit is provided with a slab-column mounting hole matched with a column unit in cross section; and the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit is provided with a slab-beam mounting hole which is connected with an embedded part on the top surface of a beam unit or/and a lotus root beam unit to mount the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The invention relates to an assembly type building component, in particular to an anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • With the rapid development of economic society in China, the urbanization process is accelerated, the environmental management pressure is increased, the shortage trend of labor force is shown, the country gradually puts higher requirements on the assembly type building, the proportion of the assembly type building in a newly built building is required to be increased, and meanwhile, the prefabrication rate of the assembly type building is also required to be improved. The design rule of a common composite floor slab is given by the existing industry standard ‘prefabricated concrete structure technical regulation’ (JGJ-2014), and the fully prefabricated floor slab is used for a fully-fabricated building, namely a dry-method assembled building, and can be only applied to non-seismic or low-seismic fortification intensity engineering due to the poor seismic performance of the current fully-prefabricated floor slab. Therefore, in order to improve the prefabrication rate of the fabricated building and ensure the seismic fortification capacity, designing a full-prefabricated floor slab with excellent seismic performance becomes an urgent technical problem to be solved in the industry.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Technical Problem
  • The invention aims to provide a floor slab which is reasonable in structure and convenient to install, can realize complete prefabrication, reduces the uncertainty and the complex process of cast-in-place, and directly installs an anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit on an assembled three-dimensional beam-column unit in a mechanical connection mode, thereby greatly improving the prefabrication rate of an assembled building and ensuring excellent seismic fortification capacity.
  • Technical Solution
  • In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit, wherein, the prefabricated floor slab unit is provided with a slab-column mounting hole matched with a column unit in cross section; and the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit is provided with a slab-beam mounting hole which is connected with an embedded part on the top surface of a beam unit or/and a lotus root beam unit to mount the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit.
  • The anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit adopting the technical scheme of the invention has the following characteristics: the anti-falling prefabricated floor unit is provided with a connecting member connected with the column unit and/or the beam unit; the connecting member provided on the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit is a vibration-isolation connecting member; the material of bottom of the connecting member is the same as a gasket of the embedded part of the beam unit between anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit and the beam unit; and the lower part of the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit is provided with a prefabricated member connected with a post-pouring area between the beam unit and the beam unit or between the beam unit and the lotus root beam unit.
  • Preferably, the bottom of the connecting member does not extend to the edge of the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab.
  • Preferably, the bottom of the connecting member extends to the edge of the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab, and a mounting hole is arranged at the position of the embedded part of the beam unit and is matched with the embedded part.
  • Preferably, the bottom of the connecting member is matched to the top surface of the beam unit.
  • Preferably, the bottom of the connecting member is matched with the edge of the top surface of the beam unit.
  • As the preferred scheme, the vibration-isolation connecting member is made of high polymer damping material.
  • Preferably, the vibration-isolation connecting member is made of rubber material.
  • Advantageous Effects of the Invention
  • The invention has the following technical effects that the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit can be prevented from falling off under the working condition of mechanical installation, stress concentration is prevented between the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit and the three-dimensional beam column unit, the isolation performance is realized, the earthquake force is reduced, and the maximum horizontal displacement of a building and the interlayer horizontal displacement under the earthquake working condition are controlled. Compared with the existing fabricated building with low prefabrication rate, the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit is designed so that the development of the fabricated building is greatly promoted, the prefabrication rate of the fabricated building is improved, convenience is provided for later installation projects, and various related social resources are saved.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the following figures and embodiments:
  • 1. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1, wherein, the prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-column mounting hole 2 matched with a column unit 6 in cross section; and the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-beam mounting hole 4 which is connected with an embedded part on the top surface of a beam unit 7 or/and a lotus root beam unit to mount the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1. The anti-falling prefabricated floor unit 1 is provided with a connecting member 3 connected with the column unit 6 and/or the beam unit 7 (as shown in FIG. 1, 2, 3).
  • 2. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1, wherein, the prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-column mounting hole 2 matched with a column unit 6 in cross section; and the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-beam mounting hole 4 which is connected with an embedded part on the top surface of a beam unit 7 or/and a lotus root beam unit to mount the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1. The material of bottom of the connecting member 3 is the same as a gasket of the embedded part of the beam unit 7 between anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1 and the beam unit 7. (as shown in FIG. 1, 2, 3).
  • 3. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1, wherein, the prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-column mounting hole 2 matched with a column unit 6 in cross section; and the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-beam mounting hole 4 which is connected with an embedded part on the top surface of a beam unit 7 or/and a lotus root beam unit to mount the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1, the bottom of the connecting member extends to the edge of the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab, and a mounting hole is arranged at the position of the embedded part of the beam unit and is matched with the embedded part. (as shown in FIG. 1, 2, 3)
  • 4. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1, wherein, the prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-column mounting hole 2 matched with a column unit 6 in cross section; and the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-beam mounting hole 4 which is connected with an embedded part on the top surface of a beam unit 7 or/and a lotus root beam unit to mount the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1. The bottom of the connecting member 3 is matched with the edge of the top surface of the beam unit 7 (as shown in FIG. 1, 2, 3).
  • 5. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1, wherein, the prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-column mounting hole 2 matched with a column unit 6 in cross section; and the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-beam mounting hole 4 which is connected with an embedded part on the top surface of a beam unit 7 or/and a lotus root beam unit to mount the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1. The connecting member 3 provided on the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is a vibration-isolation connecting member (as shown in FIG. 1, 2, 3).
  • 6. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1, wherein, the prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-column mounting hole 2 matched with a column unit 6 in cross section; and the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a slab-beam mounting hole 4 which is connected with an embedded part on the top surface of a beam unit 7 or/and a lotus root beam unit to mount the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1, and the lower part of the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit 1 is provided with a prefabricated member connected with a post-pouring area between the beam unit 7 and the beam unit 7 or between the beam unit 7 and the lotus root beam unit. (as shown in FIG. 1, 2, 3).
  • The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the common general knowledge of the known specific structures and characteristics of the embodiments is not described herein. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the structure of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which should also be considered as the protection scope of the present invention, and these will not affect the effect of the implementation of the present invention and the utility of the patent.

Claims (10)

What is claimed is:
1. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit, wherein, the prefabricated floor slab unit is provided with a slab-column mounting hole matched with a column unit in cross section.
2. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit according to claim 1, wherein, the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit is provided with a slab-beam mounting hole which is connected with an embedded part on the top surface of a beam unit or/and a lotus root beam unit to mount the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit.
3. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit according to claim 2, wherein, the anti-falling prefabricated floor unit is provided with a connecting member connected with the column unit and/or the beam unit.
4. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit according to claim 3, wherein, the connecting member provided on the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit is a vibration-isolation connecting member.
5. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit according to claim 4, wherein, the material of bottom of the connecting member is the same as a gasket of the embedded part of the beam unit between anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit and the beam unit.
6. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit according to claim 1, wherein, the lower part of the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit is provided with a prefabricated member connected with a post-pouring area between the beam unit and the beam unit or between the beam unit and the lotus root beam unit.
7. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit according to claim 3, wherein, the bottom of the connecting member extends to the edge of the anti-falling prefabricated floor slab, and a mounting hole is arranged at the position of the embedded part of the beam unit and is matched with the embedded part.
8. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit according to claim 3, wherein, the bottom of the connecting member is matched with the edge of the top surface of the beam unit.
9. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit according to claim 4, wherein, the vibration-isolation connecting member is made of high polymer damping material.
10. An anti-falling prefabricated floor slab unit according to claim 9, wherein, the vibration-isolation connecting member is made of rubber material.
