  • FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of a decoration cover according to the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • The purpose, construction, features, functions and advantages of the present invention can be appreciated and understood more thoroughly through the following detailed descriptions with reference to the attached drawings.
  • Refer to FIGS. 1 to 6 respectively for an exploded view of a press switch shower faucet according to the present invention; a schematic diagram of a press switch shower faucet according to the present invention; another schematic diagram of a press switch shower faucet according to the present invention; an exploded view of a valve cartridge according to the present invention; a partial cross section view of a press switch shower faucet according to the present invention; and a schematic diagram of a decoration cover according to the present invention.
  • As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a press switch shower faucet, that includes a main body 10 and a valve cartridge 20. The main body 10 includes a press tight cover 15. The valve cartridge 20 is disposed in the main body 10. After placing the valve cartridge 20 into the main body 10, put the press tight cover 15 onto the valve cartridge 20 to lock and fix it on the valve cartridge 20. On the main body 10 is disposed a hot water inlet hole 11 and a cold water inlet hole 12. On the valve cartridge 20 is disposed a rotation switch 21 for adjusting water temperature, and a press switch 22 to control opening or closing of a water channel. Through the design of the present invention, the water open/close function and the temperature adjusting function are separate and independent without the risk of interfering with each other. As such, in case the user adjusts water temperature, and when he utilizes water next time, the user may use the water directly, without the need to adjust water temperature again, thus providing convenience to the user, while achieving greater satisfaction for the user.
  • In the main body 10 is disposed a positioning hole 18, and on the valve cartridge 20 is disposed an outside hanging device 29 acting in cooperation with the positioning hole 18.
  • Further, the valve cartridge 20 includes a balance module 23 and a regulation module 24. The rotation switch 21 and the press switch 22 are both disposed on the regulation module 24. More specifically, the rotation switch 21 and the press switch 22 are operated along a same axis.
  • The rotation switch 21 and a press switch 22 are connected to the decoration cover 30 to act in cooperation. The decoration cover 30 includes a press piece 31 and a rotation piece 32. The press piece 31 and the press switch 22 are connected together to act in cooperation, and the rotation piece 32 and the rotation switch 21 are connected together to act in cooperation. The press piece 31 is disposed in a center of the press piece 31. To be more specific, on the rotation piece 32 is disposed a protrusion block for the user to hold on. The disposition of the decoration cove 30 imparts esthetical sense to the press switch shower faucet, while facilitating operation for the user.
  • In the main body 10 is disposed a first water inlet port 26 in communication with the hot water inlet hole 11, and a second water inlet port 27 in communication with the cold water inlet hole 12, and a water outlet port 28 is disposed in the main body 10. The rotation switch 21 controls the sizes of openings of the first water inlet port 26 and the second water inlet port 27 through the valve cartridge 20 by means of the cooperation area of the first water inlet port 26 and the second water inlet port 27, to control temperature of water. The press switch 22 is adapted to control the opening/closing of the water output port 28, hereby controlling water output or water stoppage of the shower faucet.
  • On the main body 10 is disposed a first water outlet hole 16 and a second water outlet hole 17, and a guide partition piece 40 is disposed between the first water outlet hole 16 and a second water outlet hole 17.
  • On the main body 10 is provided with two water stop pieces 50, and the two water stop pieces 50 are disposed symmetrically along a central axial line of the main body 10.
  • In application, the user may use the decoration cover 30 to operate on and control the rotation switch 21 and the press switch 22. The press switch 22 on the regulation module 24 includes a press rod 22 a , and the press rod 22 a acts in cooperation with the press piece 31. As such, when pressing down the press piece 31, the water outlet port 28 is blocked, so the water channel is blocked. When pressing down the press piece 31 again, the water outlet port 28 is opened, so the water channel is opened. Further, the rotation piece 32 on the decoration cover 30 is used to control the rotation switch 21. Through rotating the rotation piece 32, the opening sizes of the first water inlet port 26 and the second water inlet port 27 can be controlled, in achieving regulation of water temperature.
