A tea bag with an externally connected label structure is used in a cup, the cup includes an inner surface and an outer surface. The tea bag includes: a label, a string and a bag. The label can be stick to any position on the outer surface of the cup to make the bag selectively soaked in or hung above the water, which solves the problem that the label of the tea bag is likely to fall into the cup due to slightly shaking or wind, and also overcomes the storage problem of the tea tag after it is pulled out of the water.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a tea bag, and more particularly to a tea bag with an externally connected label structure.
  • Related Prior Art
  • As shown in FIG. 1, a tea bag used in a cup 40A with a rim 41A comprises: a bag 10A, a string 20A, and a label 30A. The bag 10A contains tea leaves. The label 30A includes a hanging portion 31A and a clamping portion 32A which has one end connected to one end of the hanging portion 31A, so that an adjustable angle is defined between the clamping portion 32A and the hanging portion 31A. The string 20A has one end connected to the bag 10A and has another end connected to the label 30A.
  • When in use, the bag 10A is disposed in the cup 40A, the rim 41A of the cup 40A is clamped between the hanging portion 31A and the clamping portion 32A to prevent the label 30A from falling into the tea.
  • However, the label 30A of the conventional tea bag is made of paper and very light, and therefore is likely to fall into the cup 40A due to slightly shaking or wind. Besides, if the bag 10A is soaked in the water too long, the tea gets bitter and astringent. When the bag 10A is pulled out of the water, it is usually placed on the lid or wrapped by a paper or tissue for use next time, but this method of keeping the tea bag is unsanitary. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a tea bag with an externally connected label structure, which can prevent the label from falling into the tea, and is capable of adjusting the height of the tea bag in the cup, and further allows the tea bag to be hung above the tea.
  • SUMMARY
  • One objective of the present invention is to provide a tea bag with an externally connected label structure, which can prevent the label from falling into the tea, and is capable of adjusting the height of the tea bag in the cup.
  • To achieve the objective, a tea bag with an externally connected label structure in accordance with the present invention comprises: a label including an adhering layer and a fixing layer, the adhering layer including an adhering section and a connecting section, wherein the adhering section and the connecting section each include an adhering surface and an opposite non-adhering surface, the adhering section has one end connected to the connecting section, the adhering surface of the connecting section is provided with glue to be adhered to the fixing layer, so that the adhering layer is fixed to one end of the connecting section of the fixing layer, and another end of the connecting section is provided with an inserting hole; a string with one end inserted through the inserting hole; and a bag connected to another end of the string.
  • Preferably, the adhering layer further comprises a hand holding section which is a non-adhering section and connected to another end of the adhering section.
  • Preferably, the bag is made of water permeable and non-woven material.
  • The tea bag with an externally connected label structure in accordance with the present invention is truly capable of solving the problem that the label of the conventional tea bag is likely to fall into the cup due to slightly shaking or wind. Besides, the tea bag of the present invention also solves the storage problem of the tea tag after it is pulled out of the water.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 shows a conventional tea bag and a cup;
  • FIG. 2 shows a tea bag with an externally connected label structure in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view of the tea bag with an externally connected label structure in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention;
  • FIG. 4 is another cross sectional view of the tea bag with an externally connected label structure in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention; and
  • FIG. 5 is another operational view of the tea bag with an externally connected label structure in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
  • Referring to FIGS. 2-4, a tea bag with an externally connected label structure in accordance with the present invention is used in a cup 10, the cup 10 includes an inner surface 11 and an outer surface 12. The tea bag includes: a label 20, a string 30 and a bag 40.
  • The label 20 includes an adhering layer 21 and a fixing layer 22. The adhering layer 21 includes: a hand holding section 210, an adhering section 211 and a connecting section 212. The hand holding section 210 is a non-adhering (non-sticky) section. The adhering section 211 and the connecting section 212 each include an adhering surface and an opposite non-adhering surface. The adhering section 211 has two ends connected to the hand holding section 210 and the connecting section 212, respectively. The adhering surface of the connecting section 212 is provided with glue to be adhered to the fixing layer 22, so that the adhering layer 21 is fixed to one end of the connecting section 212 of the fixing layer 22, and another end of the connecting section 212 is provided with an inserting hole 220.
  • The string 30 in this embodiment is a cotton cord and has one end inserted through the inserting hole 220.
  • The bag 40 in this embodiment is made of water permeable and non-woven material, and connected to another end of the string 30.
  • Referring to FIG. 4, when in use, the adhering surface of the adhering section 211 is adhered to another surface of the fixing layer 22 which is opposite to the surface of the fixing layer 22 adhered to the connecting section 212. The adhering section 211 can be repeatedly used.
  • Referring to FIG. 5, when the bag 40 is put into the cup 10, and the cup 10 is then poured with hot water, the adhering section 211 of the adhering layer 21 can be repeatedly removed from or adhered to any position on the outer surface 12 of the cup 10, so as to adjust the height position of the bag 40 in the cup 10. The tea will get bitter when the tea leaves are soaked for too long. When the user wants to pull the bag 40 out of the water, he/she can stick the adhering section 211 to a position close to the bottom of the cup, so that the bag 40 is pulled out of the water by the string 30, and the adhering section 211 can stick to the outer surface 12 to fix the string 30, and thus the bag 40 is hung above the water surface.
  • The tea bag with an externally connected label structure in accordance with the present invention is truly capable of solving the problem that the label 30A of the conventional tea bag is likely to fall into the cup due to slightly shaking or wind. Besides, the tea bag of the present invention also solves the storage problem of the tea tag after it is pulled out of the water.
  • While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
