Description
- This application claims priority to and the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 2013-0167085 and No. 2013-0167098 filed on Dec. 30, 2013, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a steam hair pack using head heat and a heating beauty liquid, and more particularly, to a steam hair pack with a heating beauty liquid for protecting the hair and scalp which is inserted inside the hair pack.
- 2. Discussion of Related Art
- According to the development of cosmetic industries, a variety of products for managing hair as well as skin have been released. In particular, the hair is exposed to the outside to be easily dried, and is a part that receives the most ultraviolet rays among human body parts and thereby is likely to be damaged by the ultraviolet rays. In this case, the damaged hair has difficulties in its regeneration, and therefore hair care such as usually receiving a scalp massage at a hair salon, and the like is required.
- However, frequently receiving the scalp message at the hair salon causes the burden by the costs, and in the case of products that are sold on the market, there is a problem that consumers should directly put a hair tonic on the hair and scalp. In addition, there is a problem that there are restrictions on activities for a predetermined time after applying the hair tonic to the scalp and the like.
- In Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0462101 (Aug. 20, 2012 registration) of the prior art, a disposable hair mask pack is disclosed. The disposable hair mask pack includes a nonwoven fabric cap and a vinyl cap. The nonwoven fabric cap includes a nonwoven fabric body made of a nonwoven fabric, a nonwoven fabric opening that is formed at a distal end of the nonwoven fabric body to allow a head to be inserted therein, and a band that is provided at an edge of the nonwoven fabric opening to fix the nonwoven fabric opening to the head. Here, a beauty liquid for the scalp and hair is applied to the nonwoven fabric body. In addition, the vinyl cap includes a vinyl body made of vinyl, a vinyl opening that is provided at a distal end of the vinyl body to allow the head to be inserted therein, and a band that is provided at an edge of the vinyl opening to fix the vinyl opening to the head. Here, the vinyl cap has a sufficient size to cover the outside of the nonwoven fabric cap.
- However, in the above-described technology, there are problems in that it is inconvenient that the vinyl cap should be additionally put on the head in a state in which the nonwoven fabric cap is put on the head, and it is difficult for a user to visually determine whether a hair tonic or the like is absorbed for a certain time.
- The present invention is directed to a steam hair pack using head heat and a heating beauty liquid in which a beauty liquid is inserted into the hair pack so that a user does not need to separately put the beauty liquid on the hair and scalp, and additional heat treatment is not required due to a thermal chemical reaction with the beauty liquid using a user's temperature.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a steam hair pack using head heat and a heating beauty liquid according to an embodiment of the present invention, andFIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the steam hair pack using head heat and the heating beauty liquid ofFIG. 1 . - Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , asteam hair pack 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes afirst cover layer 110, abeauty liquid layer 120, asecond cover layer 130, and aconnection portion 140. - The
first cover layer 110 is formed by bonding a firstsynthetic resin layer 112 to a first fiber layer 111. The first fiber layer 111 may use natural fibers or synthetic fibers and also use nonwoven fabrics, but is not necessarily limited thereto. The firstsynthetic resin layer 112 is bonded to the first fiber layer 111 by an adhesive, and has a waterproofing function. In addition, the firstsynthetic resin layer 112 may be made of a material that discharges air to the outside and blocks leakage of inner heat. Thefirst cover layer 110 may be formed in a semicircular shape, but is not necessarily limited thereto, and thefirst cover layer 110 is not limited in its shape as long as it can configure the shape of a cap that can be worn on a user's head together with thesecond cover layer 130 which will be described later. - The
beauty liquid layer 120 is formed between the first fiber layer 111 of thefirst cover layer 110 and asecond fiber layer 131 of thesecond cover layer 130 which faces each other. Thebeauty liquid layer 120 may be constituted of a heat generation component, and absorbed by the hair or scalp of the user while being melted by a user's temperature. When being in a liquid state, thebeauty liquid layer 120 may be applied to the first fiber layer 111 or thesecond fiber layer 131. In addition, thebeauty liquid layer 120 may be provided in the form of a solid, and melted while being thermally and chemically reacted by head heat of the user. In this case, it is desirable that thebeauty liquid layer 120 be constituted of a component material that is absorbed by the cuticle of the hair or the scalp to supply nourishment. - That is, when the user's head is inserted into the hair pack through an
opening 115 of thefirst cover layer 110 and thesecond cover layer 130, thebeauty liquid layer 120 is thermally and chemically reacted due to the heat generated from the head and absorbed by the user's hair to supply nourishment. Thus, the user only keeps his or her head inserted between thefirst cover layer 110 and thesecond cover layer 130 for a predetermined time without performing separate heat treatment or putting medicine on the user's hair or scalp, thereby supplying nutrients to the hair. - In addition, the
beauty liquid layer 120 may include a substance of a temperature-sensitive discoloration component. For example, thebeauty liquid layer 120 may include a component that is discolored depending on a predetermined temperature or time after the beauty liquid is absorbed by the user's hair. In this case, the user may determine the change in the color of the beauty liquid to check a state in which the beauty liquid is absorbed by the hair or scalp. - The
second cover layer 130 is formed by bonding a secondsynthetic resin layer 132 to thesecond fiber layer 131. Thesecond fiber layer 131 may use natural fibers or synthetic fibers and also use nonwoven fabrics, but is not necessarily limited thereto. The secondsynthetic resin layer 132 is bonded to thesecond fiber layer 131 by an adhesive, and has a waterproofing function. In addition, the secondsynthetic resin layer 132 may be made of a material that discharges air to the outside and blocks discharge of inner heat. Thesecond cover layer 130 may be formed in a semicircular shape, but is not necessarily limited thereto, and thesecond cover layer 130 is not limited in its shape as long as it can configure the shape of a cap that can be worn on the user's head together with thefirst cover layer 110. - In addition, the
second cover layer 130 is bonded at a part of the outer portion thereof to thefirst cover layer 110. In this case, thesecond cover layer 130 is bonded to thefirst cover layer 110 in such a manner that the first fiber layer 111 of thefirst cover layer 110 and thesecond fiber layer 131 of thesecond cover layer 130 are brought into contact with each other. In addition, theopening 115 may be formed on one side of thesecond cover layer 130 so that the user's head can be inserted into the hair pack through theopening 115 when thefirst cover layer 110 is bonded to thesecond cover layer 130. For example, when thefirst cover layer 110 and thesecond cover layer 130 are formed in a rectangular shape, any one side of the four sides may not be bonded. Thus, thefirst cover layer 110 and thesecond cover layer 130 may configure the shape of the cap that can be worn by the user. - The
connection portion 140 is connected at one end thereof to one side of theopening 115, and connected at the other end thereof to the other side of theopening 115 in a state in which the head of the user is inserted between thefirst cover layer 110 and thesecond cover layer 130 through theopening 115. For example, an adhesive component may be applied to one surface of theconnection portion 140. Theconnection portion 140 is used for fixing thefirst cover layer 110 and thesecond cover layer 130 when the user's head is inserted between thefirst cover layer 110 and thesecond cover layer 130. Theconnection portion 140 may be stuck on an appropriate position of thefirst cover layer 110 or thesecond cover layer 130 depending on a circumferential size of the user's head, thereby fixing thefirst cover layer 110 and thesecond cover layer 130 to the user's head. -
