In this way, the gun system thwarts gun violence in a reactive mode. The Gun-Control Management system maintains a plurality of database in communication with multiple gun systems to thwarts gun violence in proactive mode.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates generally to thwart firearm is in restriction area in reactive and to thwart the gun violence from reporting in proactive.
  • BACKGROUND
  • Several safety or disabling system for weapons have been invented and patented. This prior art is replete with firearm control/disabling/safety system of various type. However, these control/disabling or safety systems are based on the assumption that the firearm user cannot be a criminal involved in gun violence. And also these disabling system are controlled by a signal from communications, but the signal does not have the capability to disabling the system or to lock the trigger of the gun in restriction area or during gun violence. This is a problem because the invented disabling systems are based on the assumption that the firearm user is an authorized user who is not a criminal perpetuating gun violence.
  • In general, a primary shortcoming of firearm control systems with disabling mechanisms relates to the fact that the firearm user may be a criminal. Unfortunately, the gun control system cannot recognizing whether the firearm is in the hands of a criminal or not. Mental health is a legitimate issue in the current national frenzy over violence in the street of America. The people who hide or ignore their mental issues pose a risk for gun violence. This includes people who have been treated for severe mental illness and who are identified by family, friends, and professionals as a danger to themselves and others. They, in fact, have been the perpetrators of recent mass shooting of innocent people. Gun control is meaningless without tackling the mental illness issue first, which means that criminals who want a gun will get them, even if there is gun control system with every gun. We have seen the damage that a gun in the wrong hands can do.
  • After the shooting massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School, we realize it is very important to restrict firearm in public place such as banks, schools, shops and cinemas. However, any laws restricting the possession of firearm is of no concern to the perpetrators of these acts.
  • And, unfortunately, no current system can prohibit firearm stop in Restriction Area and enforce a disabling system of a gun to prohibit gun violence, and it is hard for the police to take any action during the gun violence without harming innocent victims. The result can be more victims when the police intervene during a shooting.
  • In analyzing current proposal to reduce gun violence through increased background checks and regulation of gun shows, magazine clips, etc. will not reduce the number of gun violence victims. And also to implement increase regulation, laws, and police manpower will not stop the gun violence. The people who perpetrate these crimes do not follow the law in the first place, so they will not follow any additional new laws. Any laws restricting the possession of firearms is no concern to these people. And also it is against the freedom and the rights of the people as established by the Constitution of the United States.
  • The main problem is no intelligent system exist to restrict firearms in public, meaning no intelligent system controls the firearms close to the public, and also no intelligent system enforces a restriction on guns carried in public places through a disabling system, locking the trigger of the firearm. And another problem is from the reporting gun violence information, there is no intelligent system to enforce locking the trigger of the criminal's gun whether the criminal is an authorized user or not.

This identity gun system data in memory of gun system is called per-stored identity gun system data; And officer of manufacture provides list of the gun including identity gun system data. And the officer of the manufacture sends IdentityMessage with identity Gun System data to the Gun-Control Management System, So that the identity Gun System data are maintained in the Identity Database of the Gun-Control Management System.
    • 5. In order to second aspect of the present inventions, the five inventions is to maintain Restriction Area Data in the Gun System and The Gun-Control Management System. First, the officer of the Gun-Control Management System establishes the Restriction Area data according to the law and maintain the Restriction Area data in Restriction Area Database. Then, the Gun-Control Management System sends the RestrictionMessage to the Gun System of the gun which are still in the manufacture. The RestrictionMessage includes Identity Gun System data from Identity Database and Restriction Area Data from Restriction Area Database.
  • If the identity Gun System from RestrictionMessage and per-stored identity Gun System data from memory of the Gun System is equivalently, thereby, the CPU of the Gun System process appropriately program to maintain Restriction Area data in the memory of the Gun System.
  • Mean the gun system of the gun and Gun-Control Management System both maintained Identity Gun System Data and Restriction Area Data, Mean that the gun with Gun System and identity gun system list is readying for deliver to shop for selling.
  • The CPU of the Gun System process appropriately program to identify the identity Gun System data from RestrictionMessage and per-stored identity Gun System data from memory of the Gun System is not equivalently, Mean that the Restriction Area data cannot be maintained in the memory of the Gun System, then, the gun with Gun System cannot be delivered to the shop for selling.
    • 6. Furthermore, in order to five aspect of the present inventions, this present six inventions is buying gun method and processing. The buyer should go to the shop buy the gun. Once the buyer makes decision to buy a gun, the seller sends identity Gun System data of the sold gun according to the list from the manufacture and buyer's name, home address and telephone number to Gun-Control Management System with wired interface via wired network. The Identity Gun System data and buyer's name, home address and telephone number will be maintained in Personal Information Database of the Gun-Control Management System. Mean the buyer's personal information and identity Gun System data of the sold gun under the Gun-Control Management System controlling to prohibit gun violence from firearm such as bad background or mental problem.
