Abstract

The Adult Novelty Beverage Dispenser is designed for private or commercial use as a beverage dispenser. It is hung from anywhere that is higher than the dispenser handle. It is shaped like a human penis (dispenser handle) made of plastic and or rubber with an imbedded tube in the body of the dispenser handle. The container holds the beverage or liquid and functions by gravity allowing the liquid to flow into the tube and is dispensed by the handle into any container the user wishes.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(1) Field of the Invention
The Adult Novelty Beverage Dispenser is a variation of existing beverage dispensers used both in the private and public sectors. The uniqueness of the product is that it resembles a life like human penis that serves as the novelty portion of a beverage dispensing device that uses gravity as the method of dispensing the beverage.
(2) Description of the art including information disclosed under 37 CFR 1.97 & 1.98
The art described in the 3 drawings of the design and utility show that gravity is used to dispense the beverage through the tube in the center of the plastic and or rubber penis shaped dispenser handle with the container or bag holding the beverage.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The Adult Novelty Beverage Dispenser is a one of kind adult novelty item that looks and feels like a real human penis that dispenses a beverage into a person's glass or cup. The bag or container is held by hanging from anything higher than the dispensing handle allowing gravity to feed the flow of liquid down the tube through the handle into the glass.

There are 3 drawings in total that describe and illustrate the design and function of the “Adult Novelty Beverage Dispenser”.
In the drawings you will see the bag or solid container that holds the liquid with the tube connected to the container and the dispenser handle.

#1 illustrates the bag or solid container holding the beverage inside.
#2 illustrates the funnel portion of the container allowing the liquid to flow into the tube and being connected to the container and the tube.
#3 illustrates the connector that connects the flow tube and the funnel of the container to secure a tight connection.
#4 illustrates the metal or plastic ring attached to the cords that allow the dispenser to be attached or hung from anywhere that is higher than the dispenser handle.

Claims

I claim:

1: The Adult Novelty Beverage Dispenser is a combination of a bag or container hanging higher than the tube connecting to the dispenser handle that dispenses the liquid in the container.

A. The liquid is held in the solid or bag container using gravity as the flow method into the tube of the dispenser handle.

B. The bag or solid container is portable and can be hung from anywhere that is higher than the dispenser handle allowing the free flow of liquid through the tube and into the container any user wishes to use.
