The hanger can regulate and absorb the moisture nearby, due to the preferable air permeability of the bamboo charcoal fiber layer coated on the hanger.
Description
- Generally the invention relates to a type of hanger, more specifically, relates to a flocked hanger.
- The main functions of conventional hangers are drying clothes in the sun and stiffening a garment in a wardrobe after packing. This type of hanger usually possesses simple structure, which mainly consists of a body part of hanger and a hook. The hook is used to suspend clothes on a crossbeam, etc. The hanger body is commonly made into herringbone pattern or linear shape to support clothes for shape preserving.
- Presently a flocked hanger, whose flocking material is nylon, has appeared in the market. Clothes are not easily damaged in the process of hanging up to dry or collection due to the protection of superficial flocking. In addition, the flocked hanger possesses antiskid property and can overcome shortcomings, like clothes easily drop off, usually happened at conventional hangers as slippery. However, due to the relatively simple function of nylon, the flocking material can not affect the surrounding environment of the hanger, especially the humidity.
- The present invention intends to overcome the shortcomings of the hanger in the prior art, which functions in a simple manner and can not affect the surrounding environment of the hanger, especially the humidity, and provides a hanger with a purification effect to the surrounding environment, especially the humidity.
- The present invention solves the technical problem above through the following technical solutions:
- A hanger, comprising a hanger body, characterized in that the hanger further comprises a bamboo charcoal fiber layer arranged on the surface of the hanger body.
- Preferably, the surface of the hanger body is coated with the bamboo charcoal fiber layer.
- Wherein, the hanger body is an integral structure and entirely coated with the bamboo charcoal fiber layer.
- Or, the hanger body is a split type and partly coated with the bamboo charcoal fiber layer. Preferably, the bamboo charcoal fiber layer adheres to the surface of the hanger body entirely or partly.
- Wherein, the bamboo charcoal fiber layer adheres to one or more sides of the hanger body including the front side, the rear side, the upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side thereof.
- Wherein, the hanger body connects with a hook, on which the bamboo charcoal fiber layer is also arranged.
- Wherein, the hanger body is made out of plastic or metal.
- The advantageous effects of the invention include purifying the surrounding environment, especially the humidity, besides the stiffening, anti-damage and dropping-proof functions. The hanger can regulate and absorb the moisture nearby, due to the preferable air permeability of the bamboo charcoal fiber layer coated on the hanger.
- Additionally, the clothes can keep dry and breathable, benefitting from the particular honeycomb porous structure of the bamboo charcoal fiber layer, which can absorb in large volume of moisture swiftly and help it diffuse and evaporate rapidly. The particular honeycomb porous structure running through the bamboo charcoal fiber layer can powerfully absorb body odor, smell of oil smoke, formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia and other chemical gases. Moreover, the clothes can be preserved clean and fresh owing to the bamboo charcoal fiber layer's capability of eliminating odors.
- Furthermore, the hanger of the invention has excellent antibacterial function and a test result indicates that the antibacterial rate can reach up to 94.5% and the mildew proofing level remains
class 1 throughout a fortnight. Meanwhile, the emission density of anions reaches 2600 cm−3, bringing many functions such as cell activation of body, purifying blood system, eliminating fatigue, stabilizing nervous system, easing allergic reaction, etc. Also, the hanger of the invention has natural anti-mite and mothproof effects from bamboo. - The characteristics and performances of the present invention are further described through the following embodiments and drawings.
-
FIG. 1 is a frame diagram of the hanger according to a first embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is a sectional view along line A-A inFIG. 1 , indicating the case that the hanger is entirely coated with the bamboo charcoal fiber layer. -
FIG. 3 is a sectional view along line A-A inFIG. 1 , indicating the case that the front side of the hanger body is coated with the bamboo charcoal fiber layer. -
FIG. 4 is a frame diagram of the hanger according to a second embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 5 is a frame diagram of the hanger according to a third embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 6 is a frame diagram of the hanger according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. - In the following, a preferred embodiment will be present according to the attached figures to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , a hanger comprises ahanger body 1, and a bamboocharcoal fiber layer 2 is arranged on the surface of thehanger body 1. The bamboo charcoal fiber is an already known material and available from the market. In the embodiment of the present invention, thehanger body 1 is an integral structure and entirely coated with the bamboocharcoal fiber layer 2. Electrostatic flocking method generally applied in this field may be adopted for the overall coating and it will be introduced herein in order to illustrate the present invention. - After the
hanger body 1 is molded, the plastic article, namely thehanger body 1, should be coated with glue allover by an automatic sizing apparatus. The hanger is then coated automatically and uniformly with flock under a high voltage electrostatic field. And the hanger body completes its flocking procedure after the flock has been distributed uniformly over the plastic article by undergoing a drying process through a thermostatic drying tunnel of 60 meters long and at a temperature of 70° C. Ahook 3 at last is inserted into the hanger body by a full-automatic machine. Besides, the hanger body and hook can also be made into an integral structure and both the hanger body and the hook are entirely coated with the bamboo charcoal fiber layer. Besides the electrostatic flocking, the bamboo charcoal fiber layer can also be coated onto the hanger body by adopting other adhesive methods. Moreover, the material of the hanger body can be plastic or metal, etc. - In other embodiments of the present invention, the
hanger body 1 can be made into a split type and partly coated with the bamboocharcoal fiber layer 2. As is shown inFIG. 4 , the herringbone pattern part of thehanger body 1 and the underneath crossbeam part can be made into split type and connected by frequently-used methods such as threaded connection, snap-fits and plug-in connectors, etc. Through these frequently used connection methods, the bamboocharcoal fiber layer 2 may cover either the herringbone pattern part or the crossbeam, no need covering the whole hanger body. - Besides covering the whole hanger body, the bamboo charcoal fiber layer could also adhere partly to one or more sides of the hanger body including the front side, the rear side, the upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side thereof. Concretely, the bamboo charcoal fiber layer could adhere to the whole front side, the upper part of the front side, or the left upper part of the front side. Besides, the bamboo charcoal fiber layer could adhere to several parts simultaneously, such as the upper part of the front side and the lower part of the rear side. It could be noticed that
FIG. 3 displays the bamboo charcoal fiber layer adhering to the front side of the hanger body while the embodiments that the bamboo charcoal fiber layer adheres to the upper side and the left side of the hanger body are shown inFIG. 5 andFIG. 6 respectively. - Since the hanger adopts the bamboo charcoal fiber material as the coating layer, every bamboo charcoal granule inside the fiber has an excellent dispersion effect and can interpenetrate with each other. Furthermore, every bamboo charcoal granule inside the fiber could exert all the functional advantages it is supposed to have because the bamboo charcoal granule is unwrapped and ventilated to the atmosphere. The hanger of the present invention naturally possesses the corresponding functional advantages now that every bamboo charcoal granule inside the fiber is exhibiting its function to an extreme, sometimes approaching 100%.
- Some preferable embodiments of the present invention have been detailed above, a person skilled in the art should understand that all these are intended as illustrations and the protection scope of the present invention is defined by the attached claims. On the premise of not departing from the principle and essence of the present invention, a skilled person could make a variety of revisions and modifications to these embodiments, and all these revisions and modifications fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
