Abstract
An air-conditioning clothes system used in car, which has an air-conditioning device having a cooling unit and with air-conditioning clothes to be worn by the driver and passengers. The air-conditioning clothes include, in its interior, a pipe duct having air openings. The air-conditioning device is connected through connection pipe ducts to the air-conditioning pipe duct of the clothes so that cold air is driven by a convection fan located at the cooling end of the cooling unit of the air-conditioning device. When it is hot, cool air is delivered into the air-conditioning pipe duct of the air-conditioning clothes and is blown from the air openings to the ambient environment. When it is cold, warm air produced by a heating end converted by the cooling unit and driven by the convection fan to be dispersed into the ambient environment through the air openings provided on the air-conditioning pipe duct of the clothes.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- This invention relates to an air-conditioning clothes used in car, particularly to a novel air-conditioning clothes applied in a compact and light-weighted car of plain type such that driver and passengers can get either cooling or heating effect according to different demand in the driving course.
- 2. Brief Description of Prior Art
- Accompanying with the change of high-technology industries with each passing day, each item of product renders the features of light-weight, slim, short and compact as sales appeal. Moreover, it happens that land becomes narrow and people dense everywhere in the world due to increasingly growing population. Land available is becoming smaller and smaller so that design of car in modern world is apt to become compact and convenient. Moreover, the fuel cost nowadays stays in high, even the situation of fuel depletion might be happened in the future, accordingly plain car having light-weight and compactness is becoming the future trend. For example, an Indian company—Tata will launch a plain type of car recently on the market, which remarkably reduce oil consumption by means of simple interior decoration and equipment so as to achieve the object of compactness and light-weight.
- Air conditioning system plays an important role in achieving the object of compactness and light-weight of car. Inasmuch as the air-conditioning system of car conducts temperature regulation for the whole car cabin, the affected space range by air-conditioning is bigger. Thus, the load of air-conditioning becomes large such that the concerned air conditioning system has bigger volume and weight accordingly. In view of the influence by the set-up of this air-conditioning system, car is unable to be made compact as well as light-weight. In other words, this car not only has bigger energy-consumption, but also has bigger fuel consumption during drive course.
- Therefore, car of some maker is not equipped with air-conditioning system in order that the volume of car might be shrinked and energy as well as fuel consumption might be reduced. However, the interior of car is a closed cabin the internal temperature of which is apt to become relatively hot when driving in hot region and irradiated by sunshine, even to influence the passenger's health. On the other hand, the temperature in the car cabin will go down sharply to make passenger feel uncomfortable when it is subject to double influence by ambient low temperature and by the blowing of cold air resulted from car driving in cold region. At any rate, air-conditioning equipment is still an indispensable item either in hot or cold region. How to set-up air-conditioning equipment on a compact, light-weighted car of plain type is a critical issue of car industries nowadays.

FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing a structure of prior art. As shown in the figure, an air-conditioning device used on motorcycle is essentially provided, in which a compressor (32) is driven by the engine (31) adjacent to it through a belt (311), the compressor (32) being connected by the cyclic tubings (321), (322), which extends along the pedal to the front body, to an evaporator (33) provided in the interior of body lower portion, an expansion valve (34), a receiver (35) and a condenser (36). The evaporator (33) is provided with a blower (331) having an external wind hood so that the outside air passing through the evaporator (33) is delivered by the blower (331) to the discharge pipe duct. The refrigerant within the tubings can absorb the heat contained in the air so as to obtain required cooled air by the exhaust of heat contained in the air. The refrigerant leaving the evaporator (33) is compressed by the compressor (32) and is delivered to the condenser (36). In the above cycle operation, the receiver (35) is used to maintain the refrigerant quantity and to eliminate water content in refrigerant, and the expansion valve (34) is used to limit the flow rate of refrigerant. When driver of motorcycle wears the air-conditioning clothes (37) and the air-conditioned helmet (38), the automatic gas-tight female coupler (391) assembled on the tube end of the flexible pull-out tube (39) is drawn to couple with the male couplers (371), (381) so as to get air condition effect during the driving of motorcycle. - Although the above motorcycle air-conditioning device possesses expected effectiveness of providing air-conditioning effect during driving for motorcycle rider, but it has been found in practical application that the above structure is applied only on motorcycle, not on car. Additionally, the design of the above structure has refrigeration components including evaporator, expansion valve, receiver and condenser. Accordingly, this structure will cause bigger volume and weight which renders the car unable to achieve the object of compactness and light weight and makes the car consume more energy and fuel. Thus, this motorcycle air conditioning device still has space for improvement on its total structure design.

- The present invention relates to an air-conditioning clothes used in car, which is essentially provided with an air-conditioning device having a cooling unit and with air-conditioning clothes to be worn by driver and passengers. The air-conditioning clothes, in its interior, includes an air-conditioning pipe duct having a number of air openings thereon. The air-conditioning device is connected through connection pipe ducts to the air-conditioning pipe duct of the air-conditioning clothes so that cold air driven by a convection fan arranged at the cooling end of the cooling unit of the air-conditioning device, when weather gets hot, is delivered into the air-conditioning piping of the air-conditioning clothes and is blown out from the air openings to the ambience of the driver and passengers. On the other hand, when weather gets cold, warm air passing through the heating end converted by the cooling unit and driven by the convection fan is dispersed around the ambience of the driver and passengers through the air openings provided on the air-conditioning pipe duct of the air-conditioning clothes. Thus, the air-conditioning clothes can be applied in a plain type car having compactness and light-weight feature without built-in air-conditioning system of compressor type in the interior such that driver and passengers can get either cooling or heating effect according to different demand in the driving course. It can increase more practical effectiveness in the integral embodiment and usage thereof.
