Abstract

The present invention discloses a fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device, which is used to attach a perforated sandpaper to a grinder. The device of the present invention comprises a casing. The casing has a through-hole, an aligner installed on its surface, and a movable member installed thereinside. An elastic element is arranged between the movable member and the bottom of the casing. A perforated sandpaper alignment device, which penetrates the through-hole, is coupled to the movable member. A grinder is aligned to the fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device with the aligner. When pressed by a force, the grinder further presses down the movable member and the elastic element and moves toward the perforated sandpapers accommodated by the alignment device. Thus, the grinding disc of the grinder can precisely stick onto the topmost perforated sandpaper.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a sandpaper-replacing device, particularly to a fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device, whereby a grinder can be fast aligned to and stuck onto a perforated sandpaper.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • For a conventional grinder with autonomous dust suction function, refer to a R.O.C. patent of Publication No. 339717, which proposed “Grinding Device with Autonomous Dust Suction Function”. The conventional device comprises: a body, a cover, an intake pipe, an exhaust pipe, and dust-suck pipe. The body has a pneumatic motor, and the pneumatic motor is coupled to a grinding disc with multiple dust-suck holes, a perforated sandpaper is attached to the grinding disc. The cover surrounds the rim of the grinding disc and has an opening used to exhaust the dust generated in the grinding operation. The intake pipe is installed on the surface of the body and connected with a compressed-air pipe, and the compressed-air pipe is connected with an air compressor; the intake pipe transfers the compressed air to drive the pneumatic motor. The exhaust pipe is installed on the surface of the body and near the intake pipe; the exhaust pipe has an outlet to exhaust the used compressed air. The dust-suck pipe has a sucking end connected to the abovementioned opening of the cover and an exhausting end connected to a vacuum sucker. Thereby, the dust generated in the grinding operation can be sucked away lest the dust harm the operator.
  • However, in practical operation, it is hard to exactly integrate the perforated sandpaper with the grinding disc of the grinder. Refer to FIG. 1 a diagram showing that a perforated sandpaper is being attached to a grinding disc. As shown in FIG. 1, the grinding disc 2 of a grinder 1 has multiple dust-suck holes 3, and a perforated sandpaper 10 is attached to the grinding disc 2 with a hook and loop fastener. The perforated sandpaper 10 has multiple through-holes 11 arranged corresponding to the dust-suck holes 3. When the user is to attach a new perforated sandpaper 10 to the grinding disc 2, he has to accurately align the perforated sandpaper 10 to the grinding disc 2 so that the dust-suck holes 3 of the grinding disc 2 can exactly coincide with the through-holes 11 of the perforated sandpaper 10. Thus, the dust-suck function of the grinder 1 can perform normally. From FIG. 1, it can be observed: it is very hard to make all the through-holes 11 coincide with all the corresponding dust-suck holes 3. Even though the operator has carefully aligned the perforated sandpaper 10 to the grinding disc 2, the mismatch between the through-holes 11 and the dust-suck holes 3 still occurs after the perforated sandpaper 10 has been attached to the grinding disc 2. Thus, the perforated sandpaper 10 will be peeled off from and reattached to the grinding disc 2. It may needs many times reattachments to successfully make the through-holes 11 coincide with the dust-suck holes 3. Therefore, the conventional technology not only obviously inconveniences the user but also greatly reduces the working efficiency.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device, which can meet the industry standards of perforated sandpapers, promote the convenience of perforated sandpaper application and solve the conventional problems mentioned above.□
  • Another objective of the present invention is to provide a fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device, wherein the fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device of the present invention has an aligner; a grinder can be precisely aligned to the fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device with the aligner, and then, the grinder is pressed against a perforated sandpaper alignment device and precisely attached to the perforated sandpaper put on the alignment device; thereby, the efficiency of replacing perforated sandpapers can be greatly promoted.
  • The present invention proposes a fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device, which comprises a casing. The casing has a through-hole, an aligner installed in its surface, and a movable member installed thereinside. An elastic element is arranged between the movable member and the bottom of the casing. A perforated sandpaper alignment device is coupled to the movable member. A grinder is aligned to the fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device with the aligner. When pressed by a force, the grinder further presses down the movable member and the elastic element and moves toward the perforated sandpapers accommodated by the alignment device. Thus, the grinding disc of the grinder can precisely stick onto the topmost perforated sandpaper.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The technical contents of the present invention are to be described in detail in cooperation with the drawings below.
  • Refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 respectively a perspective view of the appearance of the present invention and an exploded view of the structure of the present invention. The fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device of the present invention is used to align a grinder 1 to a perforated sandpaper 10 and precisely stick the grinder 1 onto the perforated sandpaper 10 (Also refer to FIG. 4A). As shown in the drawings, the fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device of the present invention comprises: a casing 20, and the casing 20 has a bottom 21 and a cover 26, which are respectively fixed to the casing 20 with screws 211 and screws 261. The casing 20 also has an air vent 25. An aligner 22 is installed to the surface of the casing 20, and the aligner 22 may be a rod installed to the surface of the casing 20, and at least one screw 221 is used to fix the aligner 22 to the surface of the casing 20. The cover 26 has a through-hole 23. A movable member 30 is arranged inside the casing 20. A limiting slot 31 and a limiting rib 24, which are arranged corresponding to each other, are respectively formed on the movable member 30 and the inner wall of the casing 20. The arrangement of the limiting slot 31 and the limiting rib 24 may also be a reverse case of that mentioned above. An elastic element 40, which may be a spring or a sponge, is arranged between the movable member 30 and the bottom 21. The positioning seat 50 of a perforated sandpaper alignment device is coupled to the movable member 30. At least one positioning hole 52 and at least one positioning protuberance 32, which are arranged corresponding to each other, are respectively formed on the positioning seat 50 and the movable member 30. The positioning seat 50 has at least one fixing pole 51 used to position the perforated sandpapers 10.
  • Refer to from FIG. 4A to FIG. 4C for the operation of the device of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, multiple perforated sandpapers 10 (Refer to FIG. 1 for the perforated sandpaper 10) are accommodated on the positioning seat 50 of a perforated sandpaper alignment device, and the fixing pole 51 penetrates the through-holes 11 of the perforated sandpapers 10; thus, the perforated sandpapers 10 are stacked on the positioning seat 50 and positioned at the predetermined location. The aligner 22 on the casing 20 is disposed with respect to the fixing pole 51; the aligner 22 may be disposed beside the fixing pole 51 or in the location 90 degrees with respect to the fixing pole 51. The grinding disc 2 of the grinder 1 has an aligning mark (not shown in the drawings) corresponding to the aligner 22. As shown in FIG. 4A, the user can align the aligning mark of the grinding disc 2 to the aligner 22 so that the dust-suck holes 3 of the grinding disc 2 can exactly coincide with the through-holes 11 of the perforated sandpaper 10. After the alignment is done, the user presses the grinder 1 down; the positioning seat 50 is pushed down and further presses down the movable member 30 and the elastic element 40, and the grinder 1 is displaced toward the perforated sandpapers 10. Thus, as shown in FIG. 4B, the positioning seat 50 recedes into the casing 20 via the through-hole 23, and the grinding disc 2 contacts the topmost perforated sandpaper 10, and the dust-suck holes 3 of the grinding disc 2 exactly coincides with the through-holes 11 of the perforated sandpaper 10. Thus, the perforated sandpaper 10 is securely stuck onto the grinding disc 2 via a hook and loop fastener, and the user can utilize the grinder 1 to perform a grinding work. As shown in FIG. 4C, after the grinder 1 has been lifted from the positioning seat 50, the elastic element 40 restores the movable member 30 and the positioning seat 50 back to the original position. As the limiting slot 31 and the limiting rib 24, which are arranged corresponding to each other, are respectively formed on the movable member 30 and the inner wall of the casing 20, the movable member 30 and the positioning seat 50 can only move in the vertical direction, and the alignment relationship between the grinding disc 2 and the perforated sandpaper 10 will not deviated during the movement of the movable member 30 and the positioning seat 50. Besides, the casing 20 has at least air vent 25. When the movable member 30 is moved downward or upward, the air can rapidly flow through the air vent 25 to balance the air pressure lest the movement of the movable member 30 be retarded.
  • In the present invention, the user can align the grinder 1 to the perforated sandpaper 10 with the aligner 22 on the casing 20; then, the user presses down the grinder 1 to precisely stick onto the perforated sandpaper 10 on the positioning seat 50; thereby, the dust-suck holes 3 of the grinding disc 2 can fast and exactly coincide with the through-holes 11 of the perforated sandpaper 10. Therefore, the present invention can greatly simplify the procedures of attaching the perforated sandpaper 10 to the grinder 1. It is to be noted that the positioning seat 50 is not installed to the movable member 30 fixedly. When the perforated sandpapers 5 are used up, the positioning seat 50 can be pulled out from the through-hole 23, and new perforated sandpapers 10 can be easily resupplied to the positioning seat 50. Further, the perforated sandpapers 10 may be stacked onto multiple positioning seats 50 beforehand. Once the perforated sandpapers 10 are used up in one positioning seat 50, the spare positioning seat 50 with new perforated sandpapers 10 can instantly replace the empty positioning seat 50. Furthermore, the numbers, sizes and positions of the fixing poles 51 of the positioning seats 50 may vary to meet different perforated sandpapers in the market. Up to now, the characteristics of the present invention-simple and precise attachment of the perforated sandpaper onto the grinder, and fast resupply of the perforated sandpapers via the positioning seat-has not appeared in the related products in the market or been applied to the field concerned.
  • Those described above are only the preferred embodiments to clarify the present invention. However, it is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any equivalent modification and variation according to the present invention is to be also included within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device, which is used to attach a perforated sandpaper to a grinder and comprises:
a casing, having a bottom, an aligner installed on the surface thereof and a through-hole;
a movable member, installed inside said casing with an elastic element arranged between said movable member and said bottom;
a positioning seat, coupled to said movable member, and having at least one fixing pole used to skewer said perforated sandpapers and penetrating said through-hole, wherein when pressed by a force, said positioning seat will further press down said movable member and said elastic element and move toward said perforated sandpapers; meanwhile, said grinder is aligned to said perforated sandpaper with said aligner and stuck onto said perforated sandpaper.
2. The fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device according to claim 1, wherein said aligner is a rod installed to the lateral side of said casing and corresponding to said positioning seat.
3. The fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device according to claim 1, wherein at least one screw is used to fix said aligner to the surface of said casing.
4. The fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device according to claim 1, wherein at least one limiting slot and at least one limiting rib corresponding to said limiting slot are respectively formed on said movable member and the inner wall of said casing.
5. The fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device according to claim 1, wherein at least one positioning hole and at least one positioning protuberance corresponding to said positioning hole are respectively formed on said positioning seat and said movable member and used to position said positioning seat.
6. The fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device according to claim 1, wherein at least one air vent is formed on the surface of said casing and used to balance the air pressure lest the movement of said movable member be retarded.
7. The fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device according to claim 1., wherein said elastic element is a spring.
8. The fast-perforated sandpaper-replacing device according to claim 1, wherein said elastic element is a sponge.
