Abstract
A storage box structure includes a first plate, a second plate, a third plate, a fourth plate, a fifth plate, a sixth plate and a seventh plate which are integrally formed and connected with each other, thereby decreasing cost of fabrication. In addition, the storage box structure may be assembled and disassembled easily, quickly and conveniently, thereby facilitating the user assembling and disassembling the storage box structure. Further, multiple storage box structures may be combined with each other in a laminated manner rigidly and stably, thereby reducing the space of storage. Further, the storage box structure is expanded into a planar sheet when not in use, thereby reducing the space of storage, and thereby decreasing cost of transportation.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a storage box structure, and more particularly to a storage box structure, wherein the parts of the storage box structure are integrally formed and connected with each other, so that the storage box structure is assembled and disassembled easily, quickly and conveniently, thereby facilitating the user assembling and disassembling the storage box structure.
- 2. Description of the Related Art
- A conventional storage box is used to store articles, such as the shoes or the like. However, the conventional storage box comprises multiple parts which are pivoted with each other to form the storage box, so that the conventional storage box cannot be assembled and disassembled easily, quickly and conveniently, thereby causing inconvenience to the user in assembling and disassembling the storage box. In addition, the parts of the conventional storage box are produced individually, thereby increasing the cost of fabrication.
- The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the disadvantage of the conventional storage box.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a storage box structure, wherein the parts of the storage box structure are integrally formed and connected with each other, thereby decreasing the cost of fabrication.
- Another objective of the present invention is to provide a storage box structure that is assembled and disassembled easily, quickly and conveniently, thereby facilitating the user assembling and disassembling the storage box structure.
- A further objective of the present invention is to provide a storage box structure, wherein multiple storage box structures may be combined with each other in a laminated manner rigidly and stably, thereby reducing the space of storage.
- A further objective of the present invention is to provide a storage box structure that is expanded into a planar sheet when not in use, thereby reducing the space of storage, and thereby decreasing the cost of transportation.
- A further objective of the present invention is to provide a storage box structure that may be reused and recycled.
- In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a storage box structure, comprising a first plate, a second plate, a third plate, a fourth plate, a fifth plate, a sixth plate and a seventh plate, wherein:
- the first plate has an first side and a second side, wherein the second side is formed with a plurality of elongated slots, the first plate has a front side formed with a front snap piece facing inward and a rear side formed with a rear snap piece facing inward;
- the second plate has a first side connected to the second side of the first plate;
- the third plate has a first side connected to the second side of the second plate and has a front side formed with a front snap strip and a rear side formed with a rear snap strip;
- the fourth plate has a first side connected to the second side of the third plate and has a front side formed with a front snap strip and a rear side formed with a rear snap strip;
- the fifth plate has a first side connected to the second side of the fourth plate and a second side formed with a plurality of connecting hook pieces each locked in a respective one of the elongated slots of the first plate;
- the sixth plate has an inner side connected to the front side of the first plate and an outer side formed with a upper hook piece, the sixth plate has a first side formed with a side hook strip and a second side formed with a side hook piece; and
- the seventh plate has an inner side connected to the rear side of the first plate and an outer side formed with a upper hook piece, the seventh plate has a first side formed with a side hook strip and a second side formed with a side hook piece.

- Referring to the drawings and initially to FIGS.1-3, a
storage box structure 1 in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises afirst plate 11, asecond plate 12, athird plate 13, afourth plate 14, afifth plate 15, asixth plate 16 and aseventh plate 17 which are integrally formed with each other. - The
first plate 11 has an first side and a second side, wherein the second side is formed with a plurality ofelongated slots 111. Preferably, thefirst plate 11 has twoelongated slots 111. Thefirst plate 11 has a front side formed with afront snap piece 112 facing inward and a rear side formed with arear snap piece 113 facing inward. - The
second plate 12 has a first side connected to the second side of thefirst plate 11, and has a front side and a rear side each formed with a connectinghook piece 121. - The
third plate 13 has a first side connected to the second side of thesecond plate 12, and has a front side formed with afront snap strip 131 and a rear side formed with arear snap strip 132. - The
fourth plate 14 has a first side connected to the second side of thethird plate 13, and has a front side formed with afront snap strip 141 and a rear side formed with arear snap strip 143. The front side of thefourth plate 14 is formed with an elongated throughhole 142 located adjacent to thefront snap strip 141 of thefourth plate 14. The rear side of thefourth plate 14 is formed with an elongated throughhole 144 located adjacent to therear snap strip 143 of thefourth plate 14. - The
fifth plate 15 has a first side connected to the second side of thefourth plate 14 and a second side formed with a plurality of connectinghook pieces 151 each locked in a respective one of theelongated slots 111 of thefirst plate 11. Preferably, thefifth plate 15 has two connectinghook pieces 151. - The
sixth plate 16 has an inner side connected to the front side of thefirst plate 11 and an outer side formed with aupper hook piece 163. Thesixth plate 16 has a first side formed with aside hook strip 161 and a second side formed with aside hook piece 162. Thesixth plate 16 is formed with apassage hole 164 for passage of the user's one finger. - The
seventh plate 17 has an inner side connected to the rear side of thefirst plate 11 and an outer side formed with aupper hook piece 173. Theseventh plate 17 has a first side formed with aside hook strip 171 and a second side formed with aside hook piece 172. Theseventh plate 17 is formed with apassage hole 174 for passage of the user's one finger. - In assembly, referring to FIGS. 3 and 4 with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the
second plate 12 functions as the bottom of the storage box structure. Then, thefirst plate 11 and thethird plate 13 are bent so that thefirst plate 11, thesecond plate 12 and thethird plate 13 form a substantially U-shaped structure. Then, thefourth plate 14 is bent. Then, thefifth plate 15 is bent, and thefirst plate 11 is bent as shown in FIG. 4A, so that thefifth plate 15 is rested on the outer face of thefirst plate 11. Thus, thefirst plate 11, thesecond plate 12, thethird plate 13, thefourth plate 14 and thefifth plate 15 form a loop as shown in FIG. 4. At this time, each of the connectinghook pieces 151 of thefifth plate 15 is locked in a respective one of theelongated slots 111 of thefirst plate 11. Then, thesixth plate 16 is bent inward as shown in FIG. 6A. At this time, theupper hook piece 163 of thesixth plate 16 is snapped with thefront snap strip 141 of thefourth plate 14 as shown in FIG. 6, theside hook strip 161 of thesixth plate 16 is snapped with thefront snap piece 112 of thefirst plate 11 as shown in FIG. 5, and theside hook piece 162 of thesixth plate 16 is snapped with thefront snap strip 131 of thethird plate 13 as shown in FIG. 5. Then, theseventh plate 17 is bent inward as shown in FIG. 6A. At this time, theupper hook piece 173 of theseventh plate 17 is snapped with therear snap strip 143 of thefourth plate 14 as shown in FIG. 6, theside hook strip 171 of theseventh plate 17 is snapped with therear snap piece 113 of thefirst plate 11 as shown in FIG. 5, and theside hook piece 172 of theseventh plate 17 is snapped with therear snap strip 132 of thethird plate 13 as shown in FIG. 5. - Thus, the
storage box structure 1 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention is assembled. - Referring to FIG. 7, two
storage box structures 1 are combined with each other. In such a manner, the connectinghook pieces 121 of thesecond plate 12 of the upperstorage box structure 1 are inserted into and locked in the elongated throughhole 142 and the elongated throughhole 144 of thefourth plate 14 of the lowerstorage box structure 1 respectively, so that the twostorage box structures 1 are combined with each other in a laminated manner easily and conveniently. - Referring to FIG. 8, three
storage box structures 1 are combined with each other. - Referring to FIG. 9, the user's one finger is inserted into the
passage hole 164 of thesixth plate 16 to exert a pulling force on thesixth plate 16, to detach theupper hook piece 163 of thesixth plate 16 from thefront snap strip 141 of thefourth plate 14, to detach theside hook strip 161 of thesixth plate 16 from thefront snap piece 112 of thefirst plate 11, and to detach theside hook piece 162 of thesixth plate 16 from thefront snap strip 131 of thethird plate 13, thereby detaching and opening thesixth plate 16, so that the user may take the articles contained in thestorage box structure 1. - Alternatively, the user's one finger is inserted into the
passage hole 174 of theseventh plate 17 to exert a pulling force on theseventh plate 17, to detach theupper hook piece 173 of theseventh plate 17 from therear snap strip 143 of thefourth plate 14, to detach theside hook strip 171 of theseventh plate 17 from therear snap piece 113 of thefirst plate 11, and to detach theside hook piece 172 of theseventh plate 17 from therear snap strip 132 of thethird plate 13, thereby detaching and opening theseventh plate 17, so that the user may take the articles contained in thestorage box structure 1. - Accordingly, the
storage box structure 1 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention has the following advantages. - 1. The parts of the
storage box structure 1 are integrally formed and connected with each other, thereby decreasing the cost of fabrication. - 2. The
storage box structure 1 is assembled and disassembled easily, quickly and conveniently, thereby facilitating the user assembling and disassembling thestorage box structure 1. - 3. Multiple
storage box structures 1 may be combined with each other in a laminated manner rigidly and stably, thereby reducing the space of storage. - 4. The
storage box structure 1 is expanded into a planar sheet when not in use, thereby reducing the space of storage, and thereby decreasing the cost of transportation. - 5. The
storage box structure 1 may be reused and recycled. - Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
Claims (6)
1. A storage box structure, comprising a first plate, a second plate, a third plate, a fourth plate, a fifth plate, a sixth plate and a seventh plate, wherein:
the first plate has an first side and a second side, wherein the second side is formed with a plurality of elongated slots, the first plate has a front side formed with a front snap piece facing inward and a rear side formed with a rear snap piece facing inward;
the second plate has a first side connected to the second side of the first plate;
the third plate has a first side connected to the second side of the second plate and has a front side formed with a front snap strip and a rear side formed with a rear snap strip;
the fourth plate has a first side connected to the second side of the third plate and has a front side formed with a front snap strip and a rear side formed with a rear snap strip;
the fifth plate has a first side connected to the second side of the fourth plate and a second side formed with a plurality of connecting hook pieces each locked in a respective one of the elongated slots of the first plate;
the sixth plate has an inner side connected to the front side of the first plate and an outer side formed with a upper hook piece, the sixth plate has a first side formed with a side hook strip and a second side formed with a side hook piece; and
the seventh plate has an inner side connected to the rear side of the first plate and an outer side formed with a upper hook piece, the seventh plate has a first side formed with a side hook strip and a second side formed with a side hook piece.
2. The storage box structure in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the first plate, the second plate, the third plate, the fourth plate, the fifth plate, the sixth plate and the seventh plate are integrally formed with each other.
3. The storage box structure in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the first plate has two elongated slots, and the fifth plate has two connecting hook pieces.
4. The storage box structure in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the front side of the fourth plate is formed with an elongated through hole located adjacent to the front snap strip of the fourth plate, the rear side of the fourth plate is formed with an elongated through hole located adjacent to the rear snap strip of the fourth plate, and the second plate has a front side and a rear side each formed with a connecting hook piece locked in the respective elongated through hole of the fourth plate.
5. The storage box structure in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the sixth plate is formed with a passage hole for passage of the user's one finger.
6. The storage box structure in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the seventh plate is formed with a passage hole for passage of a user's one finger.
