Abstract
A dancing doll is controlled by acoustic or optical signals. The doll has sensor for detecting acoustic or optical signal and has an IC controller activated by the sensing result of the sensor and then controlling the body motion and singing of the doll.
Description
- 1. Field of the invention
- The present invention relates to a dancing doll, especially to a dancing doll controlled by acoustic or optical signal.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- The conventional doll is generally powered by battery and controlled by built-in machine. The doll is lack of interactive relation with user and provides dull motions.
- To overcome the drawback of the conventional doll, the present invention provides a doll controlled by acoustic or optical signals. The doll has sensor for detecting acoustic or optical signal and has a controller activated by the sensing result of the sensor and then controlling the body motion and singing of the doll. Moreover, the light signal can adopt candlelight to provide more flexibility. The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing, in which:
- FIG. 1 shows the structure of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention;
- FIG. 2 shows the circuit diagram of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention;
- FIG. 3 still shows the circuit diagram of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention;
- FIG. 4 shows the second preferred embodiment of the present invention.
- The present invention is intended to provide a dancing doll controlled by acoustic or optical signals, thus providing more interactive fun.
- With reference now to FIG. 1, the first preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a
stage 1 with apower switch 11 and alight emitter 3. Adoll 2 is arranged with respect to thelight emitter 3. Thedoll 2 is provided with alight sensor 12 and asound sensor 13. Thelight emitter 3 is mainly composed of alight ball 30 housing at least oneoptical fiber 32. Theoptical fiber 32 has one end lighted by alight source 31 and another end being a light-emitting end to provide light dot. - With reference now to FIG. 2, when the
light emitter 3 is turned on by thepower switch 11, one end of theoptical fiber 32 forms a light dot propagating toward thelight sensor 12. Thelight sensor 12 receives the light emitted from theoptical fiber 32 and generates a trigger signal to anIC controller 4. TheIC controller 4 generates a control signal, which is amplified by anamplifier 41 and then sent to a drivingmotor 21 and aloud speaker 22. Theloud speaker 22 is arranged within thestage 1, and the drivingmotor 21 is used to drive the all fours and body of thedoll 2. The structure of thedoll 2 is well-known art and is not described in detail here. Thelight ball 30 of thelight emitter 3 generates a light received by thelight sensor 12 of thedoll 2, and thelight sensor 12 of thedoll 2 generates a triggering signal to trigger thedriving motor 21 and theloud speaker 22. Thedoll 2 can dance and sing by thedriving motor 21 and theloud speaker 22. - In another aspect of the present invention, the
light ball 30 of thelight emitter 3 is replaced by acandle 5 as shown in FIG. 4. When thecandle 5 is burned, thelight sensor 12 of thedoll 2 also receives light from thecandle 5 and generates a triggering signal to theIC controller 4, which generates a control signal amplified by anamplifier 41 and then sent to the drivingmotor 21 and theloud speaker 22. - In still another aspect of the present invention, the
doll 2 has asound sensor 13, which detects the sound wave generated by handclap of user and generates a triggering signal to theIC controller 4. TheIC controller 4 generates a control signal to the drivingmotor 21 and theloud speaker 22, thus enabling thedoll 2 to dance and sing. Moreover, theIC controller 4 also turns on thelight emitter 3 simultaneously. Therefore, the motion of thedoll 2 is synchronous with light and sound effect. - It should be noted that the detectable range of the
sound sensor 13 is within the frequency range of clap sound or singing sound of the user, thus preventing wrong operation. Moreover, the detectable range of thelight sensor 12 of thedoll 2 is also within the frequency range ofcandle 5 or thelight ball 30, thus preventing wrong operation. - Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiment thereof, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have suggested in the foregoing description, and other will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (3)
1. A dancing doll controlled by acoustic or optical signal, comprising
a stage having a light emitter;
a dancing doll arranged corresponding to the light emitter and having a driving motor to drive the all fours and body of the dancing to perform dancing motion;
a light sensor and a sound sensor arranged within the dancing doll;
an IC controller within the doll and a loud speaker within the doll; the light sensor sensing an optical signal or the sound sensor receiving an acoustic signal to trigger the IC controller; the IC controller then controlling the driving motor and the loud speaker of the doll to perform dance and sing operation.
2. The dancing doll controlled by acoustic or optical signal as in claim 1 , wherein the light emitter is a light ball containing at least one optical fiber; the optical fiber is lighted by a light source and the light source is controlled by a power switch.
3. The dancing doll controlled by acoustic or optical signal as in claim 1 , wherein the light emitter is a candle.
