For example.;

With my inventionit is possible to immediatelyA reset allof thehands, as soon as the player desires.'` f
I accomplish these objectsby means -of the vconstruction and arrangement hereinafter de-Av rthe accompanyingv scribed andillustrated in. drawings in which: v Y

Fig. 4is a front elevation of a card indicatorf position, having sides I I and I2 attached thereto.
The resultant structure is like that of a shallow box, the same being divided into nine compartments by means of the walls I3, I4, and I5, the
latter being about one-half the height of the card indicators I 6. v.
The card indicators I6 may be constructed of wood, cardboard or any other suitablema'terial, and are of the general appearance as shown in Fig. 4. Card designations appear on both Vthe front land rear faces of the card indicators in order that regardless of which face is turned up,

In that event card indicators for pinochle solitaire would be of the y same vsize as those for bridge, if desired.
'f In the use of-both of the forms of my invention, it will be observed that when the card indicators are played by bringing the same toward the player, they may be reset by merely tilting the game'board or'the frame away from the` player, the card indicators sliding back to the` un'playedk position. Thus, with a minimum of effort and in an instant the played hand or hands may be reset.
All of the forms of my invention can be made in' miniature form adapted to bey carried in the be moved into a played position by jmeans of a pencil orl some suitable instrument.

and that various changes in the shape, size and arrangement of parts may be resorted to without departing from the spirit of the invention or the scope of the claims hereunto appended.
Havingvdescribed my invention, what I claim is: 1. In a card game apparatus. a game board comprising a flat rectangular base, side and end wall forming members secured to the base and upstanding partitions disposed transversely and lengthwise oi'- tlae base and arranged: between said members to provide'alpair of spaced, endwise opposed, rectangular, .central compartments and a pair of outer rectangular compartments cen'- trally arranged in parallel spaced rdnn, and. overlapping the inner portions only ofthe' central compartments, and a set of sidewise oppedisli- -able playing card indicators corresponding iro,` number to the number of cards of a suit'in a' pack of playing cards arranged within cam-wmv.

3. In a card game apparatus, a game board lcomprising a at rectangular base, side and end wall forming members secured to the base and upstanding partitions disposed transversely and lengthwise of the base and arranged between said members to provide a pair of spaced, endwise opposed, rectangular, central compartments and a pairof outer rectangular compartments centrally arranged in parallel spaced relationI and overlapping the inner portions only of the central compertinents, and a set of sidewise opposed normally removable slidable playing card indicators corresponding in number to the number of cards of. asuit inapack of playing cards arranged within.` each compartment, said sets bearing indicia corresponding to that vof a deck of playing cards, the eardindicators of each set normally abutting one side wall of the compartment for the set andfselectively slidable whenplayed to abut the other side Wall of the said. compartment, said cardrmdicators being of' greater height throughout their length than said members, and parti-y tions to facilitate the sliding thereof, and said game. board acting tov simultaneouslyreturn all of the played cardindicators to. an unplayed'position when the same is tilted awayfrom the player.
