' Myinvention-relates to envelopes 'or'contalners for use ln' nter party correspondence or communication; o
Most envelopes us only be used once or, at least,-a relativelv few times inasmuch as the addresses of those who are to receive the correspondenceor communloatlon have been placed upon some portion of the envelopeby means of nk or and receiver and-vice versa might-housed over and over-again selectively. V
One object of I my nvention is tation in the repeated use of theenvelo'pe be- -20-ingits reaching a stage off usel'essn ess due to wear of the envelope or container'as a whole. Other objects and advantageous features of my invention may be seen: in. the follow ing description and one embodiment there-1 1,25 of-mayibe seen inthe accompanying drawings wherein similar characters'of reference, designate corresponding parts, andwherein: 1 I p a tioned names and 'addre'sses whenthe flap i Fig. 1 is an elevation of anenvelope or container constructed in accordance with my r lnventlon and showing the envelope 'or container in openposition to receivematteror correspondence'.;'Fig. 2 is a View similar ,toh

As will be apparent, I have provided an envelope or container having a plurality of address spaces disposed thereon in which names and addresses may be permanently placed together with a flap or closure provided with m'eanswhereby any one of the names and addresses disposed in the address spaces may be individually and selectively disclosed to view when the flap or closure is in closed position while, at the same time, the remaining names and addresses remain covered.
Thus, the envelope or container ma-y be used repeatedly for correspondenceor comm'unr cation between two parties ortwo points. Thls 18 particularly lmportant as an tem of saving where a plurality of parties permahaving a plurality of address spaces on the forward wall thereof, and a flap or closure slit to produce a plurality of flaps individually and selectively movable into and out f a'po sition whereby one of the address spaces on the forward wall of the envelope is visible while the remainder ofthe address spaces are covered when the flap or closure is in'closed position.
In testimony whereof signaturea' BLUFORD w. BRooKETT.
I hereby aflixv my nently located carry on a large amount of correspondence or communication inasmuch as the only l1m1ta-t1on on an envelope or contamer constructed 1n accordance WVltll my n- ,vention is the normal wear which would render the envelope or container as a whole useless as a receptacle for correspondence or matter. 7 y Y Atthe lmegtime, I h provided an velope. or container which may be used in the i normal manner and for correspondenceor communication between parties other than those whose names and addresses permanenti ly appear on the forward wall 1 of the ena velope or container, this being accomplished by so constructing the flap or closure that all of the permanently disposed names and addresses may be hidden from view of an observer if desired. Numerous other advan- H tageous features will be readily apparent.
What I claim is:
1. An article of manufacture comprising an envelope embodying a main body portion having a plurality of address spacesthere0n,
and a flap or closure slit to produce a pluralf 'ity of fiaps'individually and selectively mov able into and out of a position whereby one ofthe address spaces on the' forward wall of the envelope is visible while the remainder of the address spaces are covered; when the flap or closure is in closed position.
'2. artlcle of manufacture comprlsing anenvelope embodyingia main body portion having a plurality of address spaces thereon, and a flap or closure slit to produce a plural- ;ity of flaps individually and selectively mov- 'ablevinto and out of a position whereby one ,of the-address spaces on the forward wallof an envelope embodying a'main' body portion
