In this final position, as so i v 2' shown in Fig. 3 the distance between the ends 11 'and115 has been further increased which flexes the severalfmembers offthe anchor to"- cause it to firmly grip the rail between the fillet 12 andth'e outside edge 29 of the rail 7 base.
