IMPROVEMENT IN WATER-COOLERS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 177,335, dated May 16, 1876;
February 26, 1876. l
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, CARLETON B. HUTcHiNs, of Ann Arbor, in the county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, have invented an Improvement in Water-Coolers, of which the following is .a specication:
My invention relates to the combination of Wood, paper, slab-stone, and a Water-tight composition, which is a non-conductor.

I claim as my inventionl. The combination of an outer Wooden case,
an inner lining of stone, and intervening layers of paper, and of a non-condncting and watertight composition, substantially as described.
2.- The non-conductin g and water-tight composition, consisting of'rosin, talloW, or grease, and a powdered or fibrous non-conducting material, as described.
