The vertical partitions on the front face thereof are provided with rounded walls 14. having front slots 15 arranged to receive pads 16. The pads in one receptacle so formed may be the ordinary rubber pads for insulation purposes and in the adjacent receptacle the felt pads which are disposed on the curling spindles adjacent the rubber pads. The arrangement described readily segregates the pads into classes and maintains them segregated.
Retained between the walls 13 and the end and rear walls of the cabinet 1 is a plurality of removable receptacles 17 provided with openings 18 in the upper wall thereof adapted to receive a plurality of curling spindles 19. The number of spindles may be proportioned to the ordinary number required for waving a particular head of hair. The receptacles 17 are provided adjacent their lower ends with openings 20 (see Figure 3) to permit the pea sage of a gaseous disinfectant such as formaldehyde so that the curling spindles being more or less conical in shape and being maintained in a vertical, position, drain downwards and are thoroughly disinfected by such a disinfectant.
Disposed across the space formed by the spaced walls 17, adjacent its lower end, is a horizontal partition 21, beneath which is disposed a drawer 22 designed to receive the clips which are used in connection with the step of retaining the hair on the curling spindles, which drawer may readily be perforated to permitthe passage of a gaseous .or vaporous disinfectant. A suitable handle 23 is secured to the front of the drawer 22. Beneath the rounded walls 1% suitable spaces 24 are left adapted to receive other articles or cups of a vaporizing disinfectant. r
The horizontal partition 21 together with the walls 13 form a receptacle adapted to receive a supply of sachet tubes ee Figures 4: and 5) 25 which are used in the art of hair waving, which require no disinfecting and which should be readily removable.
Having thus fully described the invention what is claimed as new and desired to be secured by Letters Patent is:
1. In a device of the character described in combination with a cabinet having a hinged top and a hinged vertical wall, retaining clips onth'e inside face of the top, a plurality of perforate spindle receptacles, and means for retaining and segregating pads.
2. In a device of thecharacter describedin combination with a cabinet having a hinged top'and a hinged vertical wall, removable trays on the inside face of the hinged wall, a

3. In a devlce of the character described in combination with a cabinet having a hinged top and a hinged vertical wall, means for limiting the movement of the hinged wall with relation to the body of the cabinet, a plurality of perforate spindle receptacles, and means for retaining and segregating pads.
i. In a device of the character described in combination with a cabinet having a hinged top and a hinged vertical wall, partitions spaced apart and formed into pad receptacles and a drawer disposed intermediate of the partitions.
5. In a device of the character described, in combination with a cabinet having a hinged top and a hinged vertical wall, partitions spaced apart and formed into pad receptacles, a horizontal partition connecting the walls and a drawer disposed between the spaced walls and beneath the horizontal partition, arranged to leave a recess above the horizontal partition between the spaced walls.
6. In a de ice of the character described in combination with a cabinet having a hinged top and a vertical wall, partitions spaced apart and formed into pad receptacles, a drawer disposed intermediate of the partition and a plurality of perforate spindle receiving elements disposed behind the partition.
7. In a device of the character described a unitary construction comprising a cabinet having a hinged top and one hinged wall; removable trays carried by the wall; retain ing clips on the top; spaced partitions disposed in the cabinet and formed to receive pads and to leave a space between the partitions; a drawer disposed below this space; and, a plurality of removable, perforate receptacles arranged to receive and maintain in vertical position a plurality of spindles.
8. In a device of the character described in combination with a cabinet,a plurality of perforate receptacles arranged to receive spindles and to leave a space beneath the bottom thereof disposed-in the cabinet and means for retaining and se regating pads of different characteristics arranged in front of the receptacles in the cabinet.
