As to the first and third objects attained in the invention-low cost. n'oductionthe box is so arranged that all the printing on the lid and body of the box is on the same side of the i303; blank. Thus box stock coutedor finished on one side only, and printing on one side only, are required, which permits of using cheaper box stock, and reduces the production time, thus resulting in substantial savings in material and production costs. In the common box of the some type the box blanks require printing on both sides and box stock coated or iinished on both sides must accordingly be used.
The structure of the box blank, which is formed integrally, consists in the lid 1, open center top bottom 3, sides 4L, end s 5, 6, 7, lid interlocking Winn; flaps 8, 9, l0, end tuck-in flaps ll and flan 12. For effecting knocked-down assembly of the blank, illustrated in Fig, 2, o told is made of the blank and den 12 is secured adhesively to the inner face oi the top 2 along the edge adjacent the lid, the end and wing flops remaining extended.
When the box is assembled for use the body Serial folded over flaps 'i' and s a were ii 711 raised and is expanded to rectangular shape, flaps 7 are turned down, thins torlocked un- 'hen the box to vertical position,

The arrangement requires printing on one s' oi the box blank only, and permi s folding the lid with the 2rdvertiseinri ,nb 19 raised position with its printed tnce toward the front of the box, the wing flaps of the lid, is here shown, being omitted.
