The car body l has depending bearings 16 pivotally supported on a rod 2 mounted in bearings 13 on a truck l5; Pivoted on the rod 2 are end supporting'arms 5 and 6, said arms having at their ends longitudinally extending sills 3 and 4 on which the car body lis supported when the parts are in normal position. The end supporting arms extend across each other as shown in Fig. l, and at their outer ends they are pivotally connected to levers ll and l2, the upper ends of said levers being pivoted to end bars la, la, extending from the car body.
